Very dissatisfied
Placed an order for over a week now, yet to be sent. Sent them mail twice before they could respond that they will check with DHL to know why the delay. Still nothing received after that. Overall, very poor customer service and delivery. Still waiting for my order or refund ,by the way!

Excellent service
Have struggled to find something similar to the conditioner I use in the UK in the shops in Germany. Post-Brexit it is a nightmare to get stuff sent from there, so I decided to see if I could buy it here. Very happy with the service and reasonable price for ORS conditioner.
