This is a Fraud Business: I ordered a Cat Tree which never arrived. All I got was confusing and contradicting Emails about Delays of the Delivery. They ignored my Request to cancel the Delivery. Instead, they charged me and don't even respond to my Emails to refund me because I never received the Cat Tree.

Would give a zero. I should have known it was a scam but I thought I might be wrong. Said it was out for delivery then says truck broke down and then says can’t deliver to building code wrong.

I ordered and it said was on the way, then the delivery service said they tried to deliver it and then it said delivered. Never got it, now I can't even get an email back from them. Horrible and pretty sure a scam. The deliver service won't give tracking number and send you around and around.

This site is a fake hacking site. They list stuff on Tic Toc. They list a cheap price, take your money then hack your debit card for more amounts under different names. Just informed my bank of unauthorized name and amount pulled from my debit card. Beware of sites on tic toc.

I am pretty sure this website is a scam. I mean it is too good to be true pricing anyway. Its been over a month of "attempted deliveries" and there is always a reason why they cannot deliver. "roadway blocked" "truck broke down" "Label damaged" and the list goes on, a new excuse each day. The customer service always says the same thing which is "its out for delivery" and to check back later. It is very suspect that they refuse to provide the carrier's name that is having all these issues with delivery, and when pressed customer service just says that they don't have that information until its in the last leg of it's journey...which it is if its out for delivery and they have all these detailed excuses as to why its not delivered...so definetly a scam. Gotta file a chargeback.

Ordered a month ago.
Terrible if I could give this a zero star I would ordered a month ago and haven't received it. It was supposedly stuck in customs for a week I emailed and got no response and now it's saying attempted delivery and they couldn't deliver it because of an "incorrect entry code" and I don't even have a code or anything.
DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

So far NOT GOOD...I ordered OVER 10 days ago and still not received item. I messaged the help or care email and did not get any response...TERRIBLE
WEEKS LATER and no response and BS tracking statuses...this is a complete scam and has been reported to proper channels.

Says delivered within 5-7 days, I am going on 3 weeks and tracking says stuck in customs. Why is it in customs when says product in US ready to ship. Only can email and email is not managed by store, its by 3rd party and they are not helpful. Going to report as fraud and dispute charges.
