The first broker we made an appointment with never bothered to show up or cancel. She sent emails instead and then passed us off to a different broker in the company. The new broker asked us a lot of questions and said we'd have insurance by "next week". After that week came and went, I emailed her and she said that she actually couldn't send the contract in last week, but she would have it by the end of this week. So we waited 2 more weeks and heard nothing. We're just a few weeks away from our move and still don't have health insurance! Just a mess to deal with. I have to look elsewhere now.

Michael took the time to go over the various plans with me on a video call and broke down the costs year by year.
