Do NOT purchase from this company. They do not provide anything anywhere near what they advertise and will not refund. I have faith the law of Karma will prevail on this unscrupulous company, as they have no qualms in ripping people off.

Very poor response from company. Request updates for orders and have no response. Still no item received and NO communication. Contacting PayPal for refund.

Have not received product! Have sent 2 emails and gotten no reply. I spent over $75.00 through PayPal thinking this would be safe. Will be contacting PayPay EDIT: product finally arrived after filing dispute with PayPal. DO NOT ORDER from these people. The sweatshirts look nothing like advertised and are not sweatshirt material. If it wasn’t such a hassle I would return. Complete junk I will not wear. I’ve learned my lesson from ordering clothes online! Save your money.

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered what was shown as being a quilted hoodie and what I got was a solid piece of a horrible shiny polyester hoodie with one print that "looks" like patchwork (from 50 feet away) but is not. It does not even have a tag for washing instructions (even though you couldn't pay me enough money to wear this thing) nor a tag stating the materials used (all extremely flammable, I'm sure.) When I complained, all they did was offer me 25% back. I told them I wanted all my money back as their ad was very deceiving and deceptive and the product was unwearable and they said that was all they could do because it's made in China. Then they offered me 30% back. Terrible, terrible, terrible product and even worse customer service. Run run run far away from anything this sketchy company sells!!!!!

I ordered a a hoodie that was supposed to be a patchwork of different fabrics and textures, but received a cheap, polyester hoodie with a print on it. I contacted the company for a refund, and they offered me a 30% refund, which I declined. I was then informed that I could return the item, but would have to pay the shipping costs to China. I am now waiting to hear their response of me quoting their return policy. I will NEVER order from them again, and will make sure to spread the word any way that I can.

I wish that I had read the reviews before purchasing 2 hoodies. I'm preparing to be disappointed and not getting a refund. I should have known email has no phone number nor order number.

I ordered a cancer shirt on January 24th. Never received an email for the shirt or anything. But they were quick to take my money. I did get a response and they were asking me for my order number, well I never received an order number because I never received an email. I either want the shirt or my money refunded. Period!!!!!!

I ordered a suicide awareness patchwork peace sign hoodie off of Facebook, the money came out of my account immediately of course. I have not received a confirmation email or any form of response since!!! The e-mail address is invalid and the customer service phone number is no longer in service!!! I AM PISSED! The colour is not ‘ bleached’ but very pale and ugly . Should have been dark grey. The size guide was wrong, way too small.

Do not buy from this ''company'' the products are awful & not as advertised. Not only are the products extremely bad quality but delivery was months. August...arrived November! I was shocked at the quality, but honestly just dont bother.

I orderd a mandala sweter and got a rag for the floor .complained was offerd 30 percent reduction ...but nothing .sick of emailing them ..just a rip off scam

Horrible just simply horrible nothing like the sweater in the pictures it was a piece of Sh#t piece of felt with a low quality sweater sewn in the inside of it.

Stay away from this company. I don't know why they have not been shut down yet. SCAM!!!

I ordered two men’s knitted “sweaters” with hoods and after my order finally arrived they were not sweaters, they were felt cloth sewn together and did not even look like the pictures from their website. One was a PEACE “sweaters” and it was obviously just printed on the material because the letters didn’t even line up correctly. I have emailed them twice for a refund with no response. I paid quite a bit for these and they were supposed to be gifts but there’s no way I’m giving these to anyone!

I received a response (below) however I have reached out three times and they have yet to give me a full refund or even the 30% they spoke of. They just stopped responding.

Just utter crap not the quality not even the same design as seen on the website. Came with Fu$$%in holes in it. I'm so pissed off. I just want my money back, but this is garbage. And why the F8&! does Instagram let this shit fly?

Now I know why you should double-check online stores for their trustworthiness.
Myhealthoutfit.com rejects returns by telling the customer, the shipping address is in China. I thought I had ordered from a company located in England being the only one that is mentioned on the website.
It's AI that answered my e-mails of complaint and I cannot get through to any human being taking my request seriously.

Supplement: Via Paypal I found another contact address and then finally got details about the return address in China.
The shipping costs from Germany were high (without insurance 20€, with insurance 48€) but the refund was sent quickly after I provided the receipt of the DHL office.
