*As below it finally arrived and after a few months waiting I wish it hadn't!!! It looks NOTHING like the thick, soft jumper, and is like a thin piece of cheap rubbish!! So I stand by my comments below!!! Thrown it straight in the bin.

I purchased a jumper via an INSTAGRAM advert and paid for via PAYPAL and ALL PARTIES are as bad as eachother!
This is a SCAM company ALLOWED to function by huge companies. I thought PAYPAL offered protection? NOPE. Surely INSTAGRAM will remove their adverts? NOPE. Funny world we live in. I guess it's only £50 I lost but I'm a man of principle and therefore I take these actions personally.

Items look nothing like images. Very poor quality and only able to return if it arrives back to China in time.

Absolutely a scam. You will not get what is pictured when you order and will make you fight to get sent to you. The fact that they use mental health awareness to rip people off is disgraceful. This is a joke and hope I can make you aware of not being taken like I was.

I did not know that my order, which was ordered in October, would arrive the last day of November. It went from China, to Ireland, to three different locations in the United States before it arrived. The quality of the fabric is not what is displayed on the website. As others have said, the material is see-through. I have always been an extra large in all of my clothing. This one I can barely get over my head. I'm not going to be asking for a refund because if it took a month for me to receive my item, I don't have much hope for a refund. I feel like I have been scammed. The emblem on the front will likely peel off after the first wash. I am terribly, terribly disappointed as I was looking forward to this article of clothing. Would not recommend this company.

I received a response from my review. Which includes we will be happy to exchange or return for refund. Problem is I am certainly not going to get an exchange for more garbage and when I got a response from someone to return them in the first place, they offered me $5 USD or to return the products and pay for the shopping cost, which they assured me in the email that it would cost more to return than what I paid in the first place. I was unsatisfied with that so I asked for a full refund and continued to get a $2 US increase on the refund amount. Until, they maxed it out at $20 US. I am probably just going to burn the sweaters they are that bad. Total waste of money!

A SWEATSHIRT?!?! At best a summer outfit which still requires a tank top because of its sheerness!
Quality is below ZERO which is a shame because if the items were as pictured & described they would be winners!

Thank goodness I read everyone's reviews, I was looking at ordering. Such a shame this company uses mental health as an umbrella for poor service.

If I could give negative stars I would. The quality of these products is so terrible it looks like 5 year olds put these together with a toy sewing machine. The fabric isn't even something used to make clothes, I have no idea what it is. You have to pay return postage to China unless the products are damaged. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have contacted them repeatedly done everything they said to do in their response. I am currently filing a claim against them with PayPal.

Do not buy the garbage this awful company is selling. Absolutely the worst! They are thieves that should be investigated! if you want to throw your money in a trash can, send it to these pathetic people!

In response to your reply to my review....I can't return something I've never received. I will be contacting your company today to get my purchased canceled. I hope someone will respond. I wish I had read about this company and their bad reviews. I ordered 4 items a month ago and still have not received shipping information. I contacted the company via their FB website and was given a response similar to "you'll get it when you get it". BUYER BEWARE!

STEER CLEAR - The delivery was over a month not the 8-10 business days they stated. When I finally got the shirts the sizes were correct but smaller across the chest area, and not stretchy the right way tshirts stretch. I sent an email explaining all of this and asking how to return the items and got a reply within 30 mins or so stating that I could have a 20% refund and keep the shirts have a nice day. So I guess they have just stolen $100 Au.. DON"T PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I recieved my order 20.10.24. I paid nearly£70 4 2 woollen jumpers and received 2 printed t.shirts that looked nothing like the picture I ordered. Disgusting fraud. Steer clear.

I ordered several items on September 24th. It is now October 20. Shipping time was 8 to 12 business days. I did reach out to them twice and while they replied fairly quickly, the message was the same.
“Hello. I am sorry that your order has not been set out due to our heavy order. I will urge the warehouse to deliver as soon as possible. Have a nice day.”
I I’m hoping that I will still receive my order. It does look like some people have gotten theirs.

I ordered almost a month ago still no sign of my order. I have emailed several times. Do not order from this company. They steal your money and don’t reply to emails. I will be reporting them to my credit card company tomorrow as a fraudulent company. My credit card company can go After them for the money.

Absolutely horrible clothing. Not at all what was advertised and they refuse to take back and refund my money. PayPal won’t help either.

Awful material for a jumper, nothing like the pictures. Can't leave review on site? Do Not spend your money.

So glad I came here first before buying anything from this awful company, reviews are bad on IG and FB too. I don’t believe the five stars reviews either. These companies just change names but sell the same cheap tat.

The cardigan I ordered is absolute rubbish and not worth the money, The material is nothing like the picture which gives the impression of being embroidered but is in fact just printed on a material which resembles felt. DONT ORDER.
