Don't BOTHER unless you are SURE you want to keep the items. Received the items I ordered, but everything was mis-sized and cruddy material. When I contacted about return, I got an answer only to find that it cost me more to return it than the merchandise did. When I contacted CUSTOMER SERVICE about allowing me a return label, I got NOTHING - NO REPLY AT ALL. NOT WORTH IT!

Another scam company, they have many names, you never receive what you order, they send you jumpers/jackets made of cheap crap material.

Ordered 4 shirts and their website says they Mail them in 8 to 12 days. After 14 business days, with no communication about my shipment, I contacted them. My order had not shipped and I was told it would be at least another 3 weeks before it shipped! Order CANCELED!! They are a total scam. Do not order from them!!

I bought a sweatshirt on July 29th, 2024 and I haven’t received ANYTHING so far. DON’T SHOP THERE!

After not hearing anything for over 30 days out from placing my order, I emailed the company asking about shipping status. The responses were vague and non-committal. By that point I wanted a refund and made a demand for one. I’ve given them 3 stars because I had the refund (via PayPal) within 48 hours.

Shirt order was incorrect and “customer service offered 20% refund. Advised I could send products back to China at my expense if I wanted refund! Total rip off experience. Avoid!

I ordered some shirts and had to request a tracking number. They did send a tracking number but as yet there's no sign of these items nor can I find anything on our tracking site. After reading these reviews I'm beginning to wonder. As the old saying goes, if its too good to be true, it probably isn't. Now I wait and see what happens with my order.

I order a sweatshirt and I did receive it but it was printed backwards. I went back and forth with the company and they agreed to is credit less shipping. When I inquired where my credit was I was given a long winded email saying I had to return it at my own expense. These people are crooks. No other word for them.

I've been waiting for item. No email response. I can't access the website because when it asks if I'm a robot even when I answer the question right it says I'm wrong. I have a feeling this is a scam!!!
The worse part is its representing mental health and suicide prevention. That's one of the lowest topic of a scam. Very disgusted!!!!!

Had to do 1 star but I would give them zero!! Total scam. Stay away from them. They are in China. Auto replies and rubbish promises. Do NOT give them your money for nothing!! Google them. I woke up very quickly but to late. Am reporting to PAYPAL!!

I was super excited about the designs and for my new shirts, unfortunately the excitement ended there. It took FOREVER to get my order. The material isn’t the same for all my cotton shirts. The sizes are off and a weird cut. Shirts were really wide, but short. They shrank after the first wash so my shirts that weren’t too oddly cut no longer fit like I would want. One of my shirts has letters coming off after washing it inside out the first wash. They make it look like it’s coming from California, but it was all made and shipped from China. I don’t have a problem with China but that they falsely claimed where things were made. I won’t be buying from this company again and you shouldn’t waste your time or money buying from them either. I don’t usually do reviews but had to with these.

Never received my order. They showed a tracking number but it’s permanently located and remains in New York. Been 4-5 weeks now. Only getting computer generated responses. Beware of healthoutfit.

Absolutely awful website! Our order was not delivered and they refused to refund or even talk to us! In fact, we only spoke to AI bots when we tried to contact customer support. Most likely I'll even get some silly generated response on this in fact!

Suspicious of this company right from the beginning. Grammar and spelling mistakes in the promotion in the first instance. Using health social justice issues and slogans to promote the products, disgusting cynical profiteering. And of course from China. And of course products don't arrive or are really sub standard. Warning everyone. Revolting company

Ordered but item didn't arrive. They won't do anything about it unless I ship the item they did not deliver back to China...

I have not received my order for weeks. Seems everyone has had the same experience. Can’t believe I wasted so much money on a fraud company.

The sweater was nothing like the one I orderd. It looked lika a child had sewed it. The colors the fabric the size the delivery time....A big WARNING for this company....a waste of money.

So far no luck at all. I ordered a men’s 2XL COTTON t shirt and received a x small in a cheap synthetic material. The emails continue with their response being no need to return the item may we offer you a 30% refund of just the item NOT total with shipping. What the heck do I want with an xsmall? I want what I orderd. I see the exact same review from other customers. Guess I just contributed 30.00 to mostly a scam company. Notice they only respond to positive feedback which I am sure is fake. Do NOT send them an order unless you want to go through the same BS. So much for a mental health organization. 😂

Never mind waiting 4-5 weeks , order arrived today 3 tee shirts wrong size S , they were meant to be XL , contacted company but no response . I do not recommend anyone to use this company
