Glad I read reviews before ordering so I didn’t waste my time and money. I looked up where it is shipped from and it said Miami Florida. This has happened to me before. Says manufactured in USA and ends up being China. No product control there apparently since sizing is never consistent.

Lovely clothing just what I ordered. All 3 T-shirts fitted perfectly and looked great.
Cannot understand the poor reviews.
Arrived I less than 2 weeks (2 days early)

Useless. Sent the wrong spelling after me sending them proof of how the word should be spelt for UK customers. Then the wrong t shirt arrived; it’s synthetic. When I contacted them they said I could keep it and they would give me 30% back… so I need to pay for something I don’t want? How does that make sense?! Avoid!! Shouldn’t be making mental health clothing as they make your mental health worse!!

False advertising, didn’t mind waiting 6 weeks for my broken crayons - 🖍️. They advertised as Cotton, none are cotton they are hot sweaty shiney polyester and awful… Don’t waist hard earned cash.

Absolutely appalling quality of merchandise and they make it virtually impossible to return/refund. The most important point - their photos are doctored - the actual item looks and feels nothing like the beautiful pictures. AND they are fraudulent - they say their products are cotton- THEY ARE NOT COTTON. They are cheap synthetic fabric and look dreadful. Do not buy.

Absolutely a scam, beware! Saw this company on Facebook so I decided to buy some shirts. The shipping took over 2 months as they ship from China, and there is no way to contact the company. You can “watch” your tracking order- yet it rarely updates.

I finally received my order in three separate zipped pouches which seemed nice; it wasn’t… their main shirt “Broken Crayons still color” came in a very thin stretchy fabric that is completely see through, and one of the shirts was so small it wouldn’t even hit my belly button. All shirts were marked large- out of 3 only one is wearable.

I can return them- if I pay my own shipping fees and can somehow get ahold of them.

Avoid like the plague!

My order took almost a month & a half to arrive so that was not good. But, I have to say the 4 items are what I ordered & are good quality. The negative feedback would be that the sizes are not consistent - I ordered L & they came marked L but one fit like M & one like XL.

I ordered from an ad on social media. They claimed proceeds go to mental health organizations. I ordered a Medium sized shirt in accordance with their sizing chart. It took weeks to get the shirt and it was twice the size as my body. Attempting to replace it required me to send it back to CHINA! Several attempts to get a different result failed. Never again.

Not even one star. Says delivered but never arrived. Total scammers. Don't buy off these thieves

Zero stars actually. Ordered on Feb 5, 2024. We are now approaching 24 days with my order still "unfulfilled". They got their money though. I've emailed twice now for just a refund. No response.
EDIT: FINALLY got a response email from them on March 4 after sending them approximately 8 emails asking where my order is. I now received another email on March 13 saying it's been shipped but the tracking is really bogus, so, we'll see.

I ordered 2 shirts on January 28th. It states 8-15 business days to arrive. I still have not received the shirts and have emailed them several times with no response.........

I placed an order for 2 sweatshirts over one month ago. I have not heard from this Co since then. No email no refund. Do not deal with this Co. They should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook.

I can't even give this company 1 star. I ordered the grey, rustic looking shirt. When I FINALLY received it, 4 weeks later, I received an ugly grey sweatshirt that looked like it came from Walmart. When I contacted the company they offered to pay me a reimbursement of $8.37. Mind you, the sweatshirt was almost $30.00 plus shipping. I said absolutely not. I told them to send me a return label and I would sent the ugly shirt back. Now they have offered to give me half. I said no. If they do not refund the full amount of the shirt I am contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Love the T shirt print but the cotton material is very itchy and almost unwearable. Have washed the t shirt four times but still itchy. Very disappointed a waste of $50. Wanted to support mental health. Never again.

Zero is too high a score for this company. I wish I would have searched for reviews prior to ordering. I ordered Dec 28th. Today is January 29th. I have still not received my items. Emailed multiple times. Generic responses telling me to check the tracking website. No kidding! Wish I'd have thought of that. The items went "missing" on January 14th. No movement in tracking, saying USPS awaiting package. My post office has no idea what the tracking is saying. I emailed again asking for cancelation. I received a response saying "sorry, it's been shipped. I cannot give a refund. Have a nice Day"
I am now stopping payment with my cc company and will be putting a horrible review on every single day I see on FB and Instagram. Do Not be fooled like I was

Company is a complete fabrication. Advertises its self as a company that supports mental health and sells associated apparel. Zhouda Co Ltd is the company. Your money goes to them and in return you will receive nothing.
They have a customer service response…which just plays dumb and says they have no record of your transaction. Buyer beware!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They have all of these Instagram ads with really nice looking products. I ordered a sweatshirt and what I received was nothing close to sweatshirt material. It’s a rayon type material you can see through. I emailed the company with no response of course. The only tag in the shirt is a cut out piece of material, like a remnant, of the same material the shirt’s made of with a M stamped on it for size Medium. The name of the company on my PayPal account is a long Chinese name. DON’T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

Was very disappointed when I received my sweatshirt. The one I received did not look anything like the picture. No tags for care instructions. Isn't even sweatshirt material. Sent them email, and needless to say have gotten no response.

I ordered 3 items and payed $127.00. They arrived in 3 weeks. They looked NOTHING like the pictures they show to us on line.I wish I could show you how bad they are. The sweater was STAMPED on with the picture and not evenly at all. There are dark blobs and missed spots and when you stretch the cuffs or bottom of the sweater you see the tan color in between the black it is supposed. The second and third shirts are so poorly made and don't look as advertised that it's embarrassing! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE latest offer is 50% of my money back and I won't settle until I get it all back because of such FALSE advertising!

Ordered 11 days ago and still not shipped out! Even thou it says shipping 8-15 days-
Asking for a refund and would not suggest anyone ordering from this website
