I wished that I have searching for these reviews before placed order. The item ship to me on time, however IT IS NOT the material they claimed. The suppose "knit" type sweater is some kind o bring print material. I ordered S, L, 2XL and they all just one size. (Size S are way bigger than S and size 2XL is exactly same as the S ) I should know better not to order from any store via FB. If you are doing the search before ordering, please DO NOT order from this company. Now I need to see if I even able to get my refund.

My shirt arrived finally. But it’s just a cheap screen printed shirt. Not as advertised in the picture. they are using AI photos.

So far so scary. After two weeks I messaged to ask when my order would be shipping (website indicated 10 days). I got no written response, but was sent a tracking number. The tracking number doesn’t exist according to the courier. I wish I had looked for other reviews prior to ordering, none are good. Will update if I get a response, or my order!

Edit: got my order after a month. I actually DO like the items (so I've increased one star) I received BUT as other reviewers have stated materials are NOT as promised. For example my "knit" sweater is a sweatshirt. A pair of pants I ordered (adult medium) don't fit my ten year old (too small).

The product is not as represented in the online picture. Wrong style, wrong size. No labels, no paperwork. No info on returns. Just writing it off, but now they have my credit card number. Steer clear.

Color, sizing, type shirt — everything and no way to return or contact anyone.

The issue is with the shipping, not with the product (the shirt is exactly what is advertised). My order took 10 days after I purchased the item to generate a shipping label and then another 10 to arrive. It is a ridiculously long time and they are not upfront on the website of how long it takes to begin the shipping process.

My package came over a week later than expected, and the customer service was in contact with me the whole time. They replied quickly, but ignored every request I made in the email to have my shipping costs refunded. I sent a separate email asking that the shipping costs be refunded. It was completely ignored. Once I actually received the 2 hoodies I ordered from them, the quality was horrible. The seams feel like they were sewn with scratchy plastic, making it impossible to wear without extreme discomfort. When I contacted customer service about this issue I was completely ignored again. So now I'm out $70 and stuck with 2 crappy hoodies I can't even wear. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Update: November 9, 2023 - I just received my shirt today. The material seems a bit odd and feels rather silky. The colors are bright but the sleeves are a bit shorter than I like. The shipping should be free for it to have taken 29 days to receive. I am satisfied with the shirt because of the message.

This company is questionable
I placed an order on 10/12/2023 and only just received a tracking number only after I filed a complaint with PayPal. The tracking number claims the package is on an international flight from China. I will not order from any company advertising on FaceBook again. I will update my review once I know more.

Never received my order. After inquiring they only send automated messages stating that parcel is out for delivery. The parcel is located in the Netherlands, I live in Germany. Luckily I paid with Paypal and got my money back.

This company is straight trash. Your taking people's money. Who can relate or may have mental issues. If you were going to scam people you could've used a different them. They need to know they are not alone in this battle. You should be ashamed of yourself! I definitely will be reporting you all. I'm still wait for my items. Hell I'm still waiting on my confirmation email. " You Reap What You Sew"!!

I ordered 2 items of clothing (sweatshirt and top) from this company and they arrived in New Zealand in 12 days. One item was a perfect fit and colour as advertised. The other which was a sweatshirt was 7 cm shorter than their size chart so not a good fit at all. The colors were also not as nice as the advertised product so I emailed them to organise sending the garment back for a full refund. I got a message offering a 30% refund and me keep the garment. I replied that the garment was no good to me to wear and would prefer to return it for a full refund. I mentioned that I would report them to the Consumer Rights people if they didn't honour their returns policy. They then emailed the company address which is in China and I realised that I would have to return it at my cost. So I messaged them to ask if they would refund me 50% and I keep the garment to which they agreed. So I now have an email showing the refund is being processed and I received an apology that the garment was not up to standard. I'm pleased that in the end they demonstrated good customer service.

So far - not great. Order is shipped - but - not received. No response from the company. I paid with PayPal - does anyone know if I have rights because I used PayPal?

Changed my mind about wanting the item I ordered, I emailed them about returning it. They said I didn’t have to return it and offered me a 30% refund of the product price- which would only be $8. I told them I’d like the full refund excluding shipping and never heard back.

Same as other review, I have been wanting 4 weeks for a tracking number. I have emailed several time asking for an update and only get sorry for the delay. I have now requested a refund.

If I could write one I would I don’t trust this site what so ever I have order from here still waiting for a tracking number 2 weeks later every time I message they send the same email apologising for any inconvenience, still no update and still no tracking number I think it’s a scam
