Would give zero stars if I could. Parcel lost. Finally got them to admit this and put in a claim with proof of what the item was worth and screenshots of their own website showing that the parcel was collected. After a month I have been told it doesn't match their records! Utter nonsense. Will be taking this further - how they are still trading is beyond me. Telephone line cuts out so you can't speak to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

I would actually give less than one star if I could. Waiting for my delivery today which didn’t arrive I receive an email saying delivered ! To a different address which was similar. Three trips later I receive my parcel. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

I was looking at my bank statements when I noticed £15 going to a company called 'Complete Savings'. After much time wasted investigating, it appears that they have been taking £15 per month for THREE YEARS since I apparently ticked - or didn't untick - a box when using MyHermes 3 years ago.
BEWARE!!!

Myhermes left a bin bag full of parcels in the foyer of a tower block for over 55s. He didn't notify any of the customers they were there. Luckily a lady watched him on CCTV run in drop the bag and run back to his van. The lady who saw it all and another lady delivered the parcels which were left for anybody to take. Contacting them to report this was impossible. I have written an email of complaint to the CEO but don't expect a reply anytime soon. I will avoid any sellers using this company at all costs.

A big fail by MyHermes yet again. Do they not read these reviews? This is my second in less than a month. I had to reorder due to them getting the previous parcel 8 km from my door and deciding to return it to the sender. This reorder was left outside my front door in an unsafe place and......it was stolen/taken/ removed. When I got home I received a nice photo of it and a message saying it was left IN the porch. That would be the LOCKED and totally inaccessible porch. So that’s another big fat lie. After several emails to them they come back with the smokescreen of data protection and internal investigations. I don’t care what their cover up is, I just want my goods. They are not fit for purpose.

i have used Hermes 5 times and the sending of parcels is very straight forward but if you need any after support or customer service this is extremely poor. They are almost impossible to get hold off on email, phone or online chat. I had 1 parcel go missing and 1 parcel arrive missing contents . I have logged an insurance claim after a considerable amount of time was spent trying to get hold of someone. the claim has been outstanding for over 30 days and it states that it would be resolved in 14 days. I have tried for 3 hours this morning to try and get an update on my claim as I have already issued the buyer with a refund. I will avoid Hermes in the future, very disappointed with the level of customer service.

Just found out a Male driver employed by Myhermes went
on a rampage last December stealing Parcels and fraudulently forging
Homeowners signatures in the Blackburn area including mine, the Police have cautioned
him. Sadly Myhermes still refuse to reimburse my money for my parcel, and that I need to
contact the retailer for a refund, however because the parcel was signed for they will not
refund me also, same with eBay and PayPal
This company is a disgrace and make it virtually impossible to contact them when things go wrong

Couldn't Track a parcel in a pass the parcel game if only 2 of them were playing and definitely couldn't contact each other, complete shambles, the music's stopped wheres the parcel.????

Sent an item i sold on ebay through hermes and the must have stood on it or something, they broke it! I not only had to pay for its return i had to refund the buyer, i tried to claim for the breakage they did but they refused to pay as it is part of a very very very long list of items that you are not to post!!! They are not only incompetent,l thoughtless, arrogant and useless.They just couldnt care less!
