I decided to try it out of curiosity, and I can only say that it truly works. You learn to know yourself better and to control your reactions. Having also tried the MyHixel I, the app has improved a lot and now includes valuable information about nutrition and physical activity, so the methodology is very comprehensive. The delivery took a little while, yes, but within the normal range for a crowdfunding campaign; and the box included accessories like a cleaner, lubricant, oil and intimate cream, all of them good quality and very practical. I definitely recommend to try it and to follow all the content they make available on their website.

please avoid this company. this company is trying to make money with a widespread problem among men. they have only delivered the product several months late. unfortunately, the app is very poorly programmed, the translation is atrocious. the app crashes very often, almost every time you click on a button. in the app, it is roughly noticeable that it always talks about a MYHIXEL I device, although it is the MYHIXEL II device. Also, the use is very unhygienic because difficult to clean.

Flat out stole my money. Literally stole my money from kickstarter. Never sent a product, have stopped responding to email. Thieves. Avoid.
Edit: If you have a product that has 38%, and counting, 1 star reviews and some of the 4 & 5 star reviews are clearly shams (for example there is one from a person who didnt recieve it, he is just excited to get it.) something has gone very very wrong with your business model. Where there is smoke there is fire. Avoid this company at all costs.
PS: They are at 38% now. If you view the kickstarter comment thread you will see it is a dumpster fire (TrustPilot will not let me post the link but you can find it quite easily by googling kickstarter MYHIXEL) and then once on the campaign clicking comments

Excellent product and app
The device is sleek and cool looking. The instruction manual needs to be rewritten to include more information. I am still fumbling about sometimes getting the heating system to work. But, overall, it's awesome. It's better looking and has the heating option that the Fleshlight lacks. The icing on the cake is the app, which is extremely helpful. The app needs to be made more user-friendly for non-tech people like me, and I spent a lot of time struggling to figure out how to find what I was looking for, but once I figured it out, it was awesome. The app content is the best I've used today. So, despite the issues with the instruction manual and figuring out how to make the app work, I am extremely happy with the product and highly recommend it. It's excellent for treating PE but equally excellent if you don't have that problem but simply want an awesome toy.

This brand is does not fulfill its orders or promises
This brand is not honest, transparent, respectful, or trustworthy. I helped to fund a new product for this company on Kickstarter. They have raised more than $1,200,000 USD from both Kickstarter and Indiegogo.
However, this company has failed to ship to their backers for over 6 months without any transparent updates. The last update backers from Kickstarter received was May 4th, 2023 that "things are continually delayed." However, I (and everyone else) continue to receive marketing emails every week that show they promise to ship products to new buyers in 2 days!
They have the product IN HAND! They are just choosing not to move product for the people that FUNDED THEM TO GET THERE.
Massively disappointed and I do not recommend that you purchase from this company.

Worth It
To be honest, I've known the company for a while and had my doubts, but in the end, I decided to give it a try and it has definitely been worth it. The quality is good, the advertised technology is also good, and I really like the app, it's very modern. I'm still getting through the exercises, but I'm making progress and feeling confident about it. Additionally, the app includes recipes and fitness exercises that I didn't expect, but they are another plus point. I highly recommend it!

Poor Customer Service and Communication
As others have said I wouldn't trust this company.
Original backers for the myhixel II device on kickstarter go back to 2022 with an expected delivery in Feb. 2023.
I wouldn't mind delays if it were across the board evenly with original backers getting prioritized. Instead what we have is a company that still hasn't fulfilled pledges to the original backers while shipping out units to the indiegogo backers (who backed after the kickstarter ended), and their website. Despite being 3 - 4 months behind on their original backers they have stated on their indigogo to have orders out by the end of June or early July. Meanwhile, orders for the full-price device on their website are received in 2 - 4 days.
The "different channels" excuse is ridiculous as well. Since these are available for website orders there is no reason you couldn't take some of those units and ship them out to backers. Then have the other units put back into your inventory. Communication on kickstarter has also been awful. Updates maybe once a month that they are trying to complete orders with multiple slipped deadlines. These "updates" lack any details and seem to be full of empty promises.
My advice is to stay away from this company and find a different company.

So far so good.
I just began the program and so far so good. Before starting the program I was a bit worried at first about whether it would really work or not, but I noticed a big change in just a few weeks. And so did my wife! That's a big win right there. My package arrived late but customer service made sure I was informed every step of the way. Despite the shipping delay, it was better than I thought it would be.
So if you are thinking of buying it I'd say go for it.

I would not recommend
I supported their Indigogo campaign a few months ago and even though most of us still have no news about when the units will be sent due to different problems.
And some even reporting problems with the small number delivered. This company showed a totally lack of transparency through their communication, not answering bakers questions and if so only with template messages to try to keep the good image of their company. Never ending limited offers that resets wheen the countdown get to 0, months waitings with with no updates, bakers asking for a refund with no answer and so on. Surely I do not recommend this company to anyone until they change the way of doing things. P.S We'll see how good their product is if it arrives at some point.
