Premature ejaculation? pfft ... this is a game changer!
I didn’t struggle with premature ejaculation, but I still wanted to learn how to last longer in bed, I mean who doesn't? My Hixel was a game changer. This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. All the reviews on this site are fake. Do not waste your money on this. The product is junk. this has, undoubtedly, been the worst customer service experience in my entire life
They do not honor their return policy. On their website, it was written clearly :
“Opened objects may only be returned under warranty”
It would found that my product was defective under the warranty, yet they would not issue a return and refund, rather they wanted to exchange it. After a back and forth about the wording in the policy, they changed the wording on their website to:
“Opened objects may only be exchanged for a new one under warranty”
They deceptively tried to change the wording on their web site while in the middle of refusing to issue me a return. They did not stand by their policy that was clearly listed on their website. I have the email chain to prove that they acknowledged the previous wording on the website, as well as screenshots from the website before it was changed.
Will be filing a charge back with my credit card company as well as filing a report with the FTC about this fraudulent company and their practices

It is simply a matter of honoring and upholding the policy they you have clearly written on your website. My attempt to get a refund was extremely difficult and dealing with this customer service was terrible and deceptive.

First of all, we would like to inform our future users and/or customers of the following:
- A device of an intimate nature, cannot be returned, after it has been used, since you are not buying a test, you are buying our product for personal and non-transferable use.
- The return of an item is possible as long as there are defects in the device, in which case, we replace the device free of charge. If there are defects, as you indicated in previous emails, we proceed to return the device, ie, sent a new one to your home. We do not make money refunds once the device has been opened, like any intimate product sold in any market.
- Regarding what you mention "They do not honor their return policy. On their website, it was written clearly: Opened objects may only be returned under warranty" it is necessary to clarify that no phrase in our policies should be interpreted isolated, given in the previous and subsequent paragraphs it is specified that used devices are not returned in exchange for money, but could -under certain circumstances mentioned in our warranty-, be "returned" in exchange for another device. Accordingly to your confusion, we proceeded to give more specificity to that (and only that) particular phrase.
- We trust that our users realize and value the customer service we offer and the quick resolution to sort any inconveniences, provided nowadays, few companies can boast of the customer service we offer.

A very effective product
This is an excellent product that works with an app to provide training to help men last longer in bed. The MYHIXEL device is very natural and if you follow the program on the app you gradually improve your performance. You need to persevere and follow the program to the end but if you do so it is extremely effective. I had a slight problem with a fault in the sleeve that came with the product but they quickly provided a replacement at no cost. I cannot recommend this product too highly for anyone suffering from PE.
