Elsa resolved my issue. I submitted an online survey to receive a free emergency car kit and was told to pay for the shipping cost. I entered my credit card details for this. Next thing I know I have a membership for outorabout.com and didn't hear anything more about the free emergency car kit. Be careful when giving card details.

Avoid! Scam!
Scam! Avoid this website at all costs. I accidentally got there through a link. I have not signed up for anything and have not received any kind of service. They attempted to collect money from my account a second time, but fortunately I had blocked them already.

I haven’t signed up to this company. And have contacted them multiple times stating this. Yet they’ve taken 4 payments from my account. Avoid fraudulent and my review will stay this way until they stop taking money and refund the full amount.
