Dealt with Donna at my holiday travel, explained what I wanted and Donna came up tops, 4 nights in Poland with great flights, Donna was very patient with us, Donna even sorted out passport info as was having trouble with airline app, can’t thank her enough for the help n support she gave us

Very affordable and great customer service! The hotel and airline used for a trip to Iceland was great! When a tour got cancelled, they quickly refunded the cost to me. Will definitely book a holiday with them again!

Unfortunately the private transfer did t turn up on arrival which caused a lot of stress, so we had to organise our own to get to the hotel. However it was reimbursed once we got home.
Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I booked with my holiday travel and the agent who helped me was called Donna she was fantastic with organising my little break away to Iceland ,any questions I asked she helped and made sure everything was in place. I would definitely use this company again as they were brilliant from the start and I never had any problems,so I would recommend my holiday travel to my family or friends 100%.

We have used this company on several occasions now. Staff are always so helpful. Donna has again made the whole experience easy and stress free. Always feel we are treated as individuals and get great value for money. Looking forward to another great holiday.

Excursions cancelled due to weather which was totally out of their control, but I was left waiting for the coaches as the cancellations were not communicated, wasting valuable holiday time, the company were uncontactable to rearrange excursions so I did it myself. Worst issue was that I have never been reimbursed for the excursions (which were very expensive - in excess of £500) despite months of reassurances that it was just taking time. Told nearly 6 months later that they weren’t able to process the refund and to claim back from them through my bank which they will have known was too late to do so.

Donna was great. I definitely recommend myholidaytravel. Donna helped us in finding customised family holiday package which was value for money. She has helped us with end to end booking with hotel, shuttle and flights including flight checkins etc and kept us informed throughout. Looking forward to booking our holiday again next year😊

I booked a city break to Krakow. I used My Holiday Travel.co.uk. I dealt with Donna who was fantastic, she got back to me really quickly with answers to questions I had. Our transfer to airport from hotel was spot on time.
We booked an excursion to Autswich through Donna. It was really easy as all I did was tell Donna exactly what I wanted and she booked it all. Deffinately use Donna again
