Great product and customer service
After seeing some Facebook adverts I bought some panels as hadn’t seen them cheaper anywhere else. We bought a couple previously for a higher price earlier in the year and the quality of MyHomes panels is just as good (if not better). Great comms on the free delivery and they arrived as promised a week later.
However I realised I ordered the wrong colour (my fault completely) and got back in touch to ask about an exchange. This was clearly not straight forward for them as I’d thrown away the boxes but Steve was brilliant in trying to accommodate my request and duly let me swap the panels. Absolutely first class customer service and comms and I will definetly use these guys again!
