The option to get great offers in great locations regularly, and with pay later option is amazing. It allows me to be flexible and if needed I can change my date,room or cancel without further charges, if within the time limit. Very easy to book with offers for any budget. Amazing Experience
I had a voucher and booked an overnight but when my sister tried to book it was full. I contacted my hotel break by email on friday night and mhb telephoned me on Saturday morning listened to my issue they then contacted the hotel and asked them to release another room. Vikki called me back but I couldn't answer the phone she then emailed me and told me what to do so we could secure the booking. Fantastic Customer Service!!

After thinking it was free to cancel…
After thinking it was free to cancel before the day I find I’ve been charged £7.50 for it. I’m sure it will be a case of “it was in the small print somewhere” but I wasn’t aware. I only cancelled as it was a lot cheaper to book direct with the hotel. Just be aware that a) you might get it cheaper though the hotel direct so worth checking and b) if you cancel you have to pay a fee. You don’t get a bonus for the times you stay using myhotelbreak but the time you cancel you have to pay!
