Maria is a really attentive host, genuinely very kind and cares about her tenants. I think it can be really difficult in the current market to find a landlord who genuinely takes care of their tenants but Maria does this! We did have some issues with WiFi for a while which too a little time to sort, but other than that everything was great about renting with myidealroom.

Great host! Everything was set up well before my move and any maintenance work was looked into immediately.

Maria and Colin made me feel very welcome and were excellent landlords throughout my stay at their property. Any issues were swiftly dealt with by professional contractors, weekly cleaning kept the main hub areas clear of mess and all house/room visits were communicated far in advance. I would recommend any one of their managed properties.

This was the first time I used a professional house share. My landlord Maria was fantastic. So accommodating, kind, caring, understanding and most of all what ever I needed or asked for in the house was instantly implemented.
She would always reinvest and reinvent the property so we always felt at home. Highly recommend!

Chalk ridge house is a well maintained property to a modern standard with great facilities at no extra cost. Ample space in the lounge and garden. Great internet coverage and fast speed. Kitchen is again spacious with adequate utensils and facilities.
Good location with easy access/walking distance to city centre. Located right next to national park for outdoor activity. Breath taking view from the top floor. Though it is situated close to M3, the noise from the motorway isn’t bothersome and pretty quiet when windows are shut.

Landlady is very responsive and the house is regularly inspected (at reasonable interval) for maintenance to keep the high standard. We would always gets Christmas hampers and drinks! The housemates are all professionals varying from doctors, nurses to office based staff and throughly vetted. Unsurprisingly, the rooms get occupied so quickly.
