Product not as expected…
Item ordered “Men’s Gourmet Chain in 14k Solid Gold”
Further research regarding my item led me to believe that my item would not be as described (Ie not solid 14k gold).
As per their website advice, I requested a cancellation within the 2 hours which again raised my suspicions. My request to cancel was ignored and the item was still send out. I was told that I would be able to return the item when it was delivered, (NB: no return information was provided in their initial reply).
I asked for further information regarding the item which confirmed that the ‘solid’ chain was 3.28 grams far too light to be solid - likely hollow or gold plated instead.
The package arrived and inspection of the item confirmed that it was too light to be “solid” as described. It was not the quality expected for the amount of money paid.
I have asked for return information via email twice but the request has been ignored at the time of writing this review despite it being sent hours ago and the company already aware of my intention to initially cancel and then return the product.
Edit: 16.4.26 Refund issued.

I’d like to reassure you that the chain you received is indeed made of 14k solid gold and includes the appropriate authenticity stamp on the clasp. That said, I’m truly sorry that it did not meet your expectations upon arrival.
Regarding your cancellation request, I understand that it was within the 2 hours time frame. As the chain you ordered was in stock, it was processed and shipped very quickly after the order was placed. When you reached out, we informed you that it had already been dispatched. I’m sorry this caused any concern or gave the impression that your request was not being considered.
We are a global company with warehouses in different locations, which is why shipping may not always originate from the country expected, and I’m sorry if this added to your uncertainty.
Most importantly, I want to make sure this is resolved for you. I have now sent you a return label via email so you can return the item at no additional cost. Once it’s arrived back to us, we’ll take care of the next steps promptly.
