I also appreciate the great customer service—a big thanks to Marshall because my questions were answered promptly and assisted me well. Overall, it's a wonderful shop.

My experience is great with the customer service only
My experience is great with the customer service. It is quick and professional. My experience with the advertising is bad because I felt I have been manipulated to get the membership. The advertisement said the cost of the item is around 10 dollars and you pay thinking that you are paying for the item but you find yourself tricked into just registering in the membership thing. Then I started to see money coming out of my account for items I didn’t order. It is frustrating. That’s why I decided to cancel my membership
