Bait and switch, "apparently they are unaware of"

I was trying to purchase a kitchenware set and instead bought a subscription to this site. A complete bait and switch.

Edit 1, April 23:
My original review was on March 1st, and until April 23rd do they finally reach out about this review. I cancelled the card associated with this payment already.
The e-mail ignores what I state in the review and simply that I misunderstood their membership.
I stumbled into them because I saw an ad on facebook for a cheap kitchenware set, but only after the "purchase" of the kitchenware set did I get an e-mail saying it was a charge of subscription here and no kitchenware set, I requested a refund initially with them, but they denied that and that's why I left my review.

Edit 2, April 24:
They mention through e-mail that they don't know about any Facebook ad, had they made the ad or not, I was charged for something I didn't want at the start, their doing or not. I stated I wanted a refund then, they denied it and their company chat agent told me there was nothing they could do about it back then, but attempt to cancel any future payments. Now after this review it seems they can issue a refund.
