I found myself inadvertently subscribed to mykitchenbuys. Having asked for my membership to be cancelled this appears to have been done.

A very sly way of taking money from customers. They don’t offer any cooling-off period. You can only cancel the subscription (which I wasn’t aware of) after the first payment! It’s a very clear example of scamming. They even said they would refund us only if we provided them with positive feedback on Trustpilot! Luckily, my bank backed me up.

We wanted to buy a Christmas Tree on DestockExpress in France and, for a "unknown" reason, the payment system brought us to suscribe to mykitchenbuys, with an amount of 68,36€ to pay every 14 days. So we currently have a 88,35 credits to spend and no Christmas Tree.
Thanks God, Kenny from mykitchenbuys proposed us to be refund if we put a positive grade (4 or 5 stars) on trustpilot.
Now, I hope mykitchenbuys will refund us and that everything will be back to normal.

Nous voulions acheter un sapin de Noël sur DestockExpress en France et, pour une raison "inconnue", le système de paiement nous a conduits à souscrire un abonnement à mykitchenbuys, avec un prélèvement de 68,36 € toutes les deux semaines. Nous avons donc actuellement 88,35 crédits à dépenser et toujours pas de sapin.

Heureusement, Kenny (équipe d'escalade...) de mykitchenbuys nous a proposé un remboursement si nous laissions un avis positif (4 ou 5 étoiles) sur Trustpilot.

J'espère maintenant que mykitchenbuys nous remboursera et que tout rentrera dans l'ordre.

The Advertisement by MyKitchenbuys was a very good deal, reasonable price and that attracted me to the platform. However, the marketing promoted was different than the actual thing, the disheartening part was after paying for the item being promoted, the money was deducted multiple times. In conclusion, the team was very responsive and responded within 2 business days if not immediately.
