I'm homebound, so to have a door to door service was really handy, I would definitely use again.

They were so helpful when I ordered the wrong amout of kg and answering question very friendly and nice and the pickup and drop off person was very helpful too the washing was great 10 out 10

This was my first time to use a laundry and I was pleasantly surprised at the help I received to get started. The collection was easy and the return was notified.
I appreciated the comments vs on my receipt and will comply nest time.

Unbelievable service, seamless pick up and delivery and great communication. The clothes came back smelling fresh and beautifully folded/ironed. 100% would recommend - excellently priced too!

I had underestimated how good the collection service is! Very polite, patient and saves time having to drop off myself!

I asked if they could fry clean a jacket for me that I had ordered off Vinted. It was collected the next day and they messaged me to say that after checking the label it couldn’t be dry cleaned! (Silly me) they said they would still try and freshen it up for me without ruining the jacket. The next day it was returned to me with a smile and it looked amazing! Such an incredibly friendly and efficient service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

I’m very pleased with the service I received from My Laundry. They conveniently pick and drop off taking the stress of my busy schedule. They were very accommodating to my emergency dry cleaning. All in all a five star business!

This company are amazing! I needed my double duvet washing as I have an autistic 6 year old who likes to sleep in my bed but often has accidents. The pick up and delivery option are brilliant as I didn’t have to try and think how I would get it down to Broadstone. They did a wonderful job, the duvet has come back feeling lovely and smelling so nice! Thank you so much, I will definitely use again, thank you!

Great communication from start to finish and on time to collect/return my items. My dogs beds came back as good as new and was a reasonable price for their service

I just happened to come across My Laundry by accident but was really pleased with prompt response, the quality of the King Size duvet clean and the fact they can collect/drop off. Definitely worth it.

Please note, don’t send laundry that can’t be tumbledried . That’s a mistake we made.
