Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting. Crudd show I will NEVER buy from yous again.!!!! None of my tracking works my refund never came through. Nothing was posted even this yous apparently had heaps of stock.

Hi Troy, sadly the PS5 consoles are still suffering manufacturing delays and so our stock order arrival date still has a big question mark over it. Now that the busy Christmas period is almost passed us we can push our supply chain for some more information so we can updated impacted customers.

My partner and I are going on about 2 weeks waiting for the refund to be in his account as we have told the customer service our reason why we asked for the money back. The latest we have heard is that they are investigating why we have not received the refund

Do not buy the xbox

I orded the new Xbox to be told half way through my laybuy they can not source it anytime soon or by xmas as planned yet they are still advertising it with no warning that supplying it comes with delays and they hold none. I asked for a refund to be told a few days later they forgot to process it so patiently I wait to call another 5 days to be told it will be upto another 5. Nearly 2weeks for a refund is ridiculous

Finally received partial but not the full refund my laybuy was canceled the 25 of spetember it is now the 15 of October. I no longer wish to deal with this company and have canceled my last laybuy which was basically finished id rather spend my money else where where I know the product can be supplied and that my money is safe

Website is great and lots of products BUT

Website is great and lots of products to choose from. But since paying for my item (paying it all off) I’ve had issues with receiving it and it’s been over a month now since last payments comes out and item is still sitting in Australia warehouse. Quite disappointing
UPDATE: My Layby then commented that there was an address mix up from my end... but if they'd check their system then they would see that I had changed my address in their system in July 2021, I also followed up to them direct with an email to confirm the address change and a screen shot to show that it was updated on their website BUT, item was still dispatched (in September) to the old address, that's 2 months later and I have had to call Australia Post from NZ and pay toll call charge to change the address with them direct. Poor service my laybuy team and no accountability. I would not use them again

Looking back at our communications on this issue, while this item was a bit slow leaving our warehouse it would also seem we were only updated with your new shipping address after your order was dispatched which will unfortunately slow things down considerably. We may have to split responsibility on this the one. I do hope you will give us another try again in future!

Long time customer

Have shopped with My Layby many times now and have always enjoyed my shopping experience and also the purchases I have made. All items are as stated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for time payments on products etc
