Absolutely disgusting. Crudd show I will NEVER buy from yous again.!!!! None of my tracking works my refund never came through. Nothing was posted even this yous apparently had heaps of stock.

just ae comment still waiting for my ps5 consol disc version to arrive its been way over two months but i guess its up to sony to hurry up and ship some to nz if some body could let me know that will great cheers

This is my second purchase wih MyLayBy NZ and as the first time, the service was impeccable and I promptly received my order after the last payment.
Very happy.

I have waited over a month now for my delivery I finished paying of my order over a month ago and still have not received my order.

Did not have my order not looking forward to my next order probably will have none of that as well

Do not buy from here if you need your item in the next few months. It will sit in an Australian warehouse for weeks on end and they couldn't care less. Any delivery times on their website are lies.

My partner and I are going on about 2 weeks waiting for the refund to be in his account as we have told the customer service our reason why we asked for the money back. The latest we have heard is that they are investigating why we have not received the refund

I orded the new Xbox to be told half way through my laybuy they can not source it anytime soon or by xmas as planned yet they are still advertising it with no warning that supplying it comes with delays and they hold none. I asked for a refund to be told a few days later they forgot to process it so patiently I wait to call another 5 days to be told it will be upto another 5. Nearly 2weeks for a refund is ridiculous

Finally received partial but not the full refund my laybuy was canceled the 25 of spetember it is now the 15 of October. I no longer wish to deal with this company and have canceled my last laybuy which was basically finished id rather spend my money else where where I know the product can be supplied and that my money is safe

Once I had payed it off it arrived on the day they said it would arrive. Easy to deal with and would deal with them again.

Website is great and lots of products to choose from. But since paying for my item (paying it all off) I’ve had issues with receiving it and it’s been over a month now since last payments comes out and item is still sitting in Australia warehouse. Quite disappointing
UPDATE: My Layby then commented that there was an address mix up from my end... but if they'd check their system then they would see that I had changed my address in their system in July 2021, I also followed up to them direct with an email to confirm the address change and a screen shot to show that it was updated on their website BUT, item was still dispatched (in September) to the old address, that's 2 months later and I have had to call Australia Post from NZ and pay toll call charge to change the address with them direct. Poor service my laybuy team and no accountability. I would not use them again

Have shopped with My Layby many times now and have always enjoyed my shopping experience and also the purchases I have made. All items are as stated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for time payments on products etc

I have been buying through Mylaybuy for a few years now. Without this service I wouldn't have had as many holidays that I have had. Great way to get what you want. Easy affordable payment scheme.

I've sent you emails and you say you will respond but no you don't. Now money has been taken and I want it back.
