Really poor service from Mylee. Paid for my package and received all delivery confirmations. Yodel messaged to say package will be delivered Monday. It wasn’t delivered. I queried this with Yodel who said Mylee have put a hold on my parcel due to an address query. Why did I get informed by the delivery company of the address query. If Mylee had an issue, why send my parcel? Clearly it hasn’t been sent and it’s a delay tactic due to stock issues. Contact mylee who just use AI chatbot’s and the chatbot explained they will pass my query to customer support. Not sure the point of a chatbot that can’t actually help or do anything other than pass to a human to help me.

Abysmal customer service. All computer generated responses from What's app and email. No human gets back to you, although mine has been escalated several times it's just words from a bot. They have always been great and never had issues but my latest and last order they have sent the wrong quad out. I thought it would be straightforward to get the one I ordered, as mistakes happen I wasn't too fussed at that point. I have been going back and forth since last Wednesday and still no one has got in touch to sort their error out, just the same computer responses. A phone call could have dealt with this instantly. Sign of the times computers are replacing people.Sadly I will no longer be buying any of Mylee's products due to their lack of customer service. I will now return the full order due to this. Wonder how long it will take to get a refund?

The after sales service I got from Emily was outstanding.
I made an order of my favourite Mylee products ( they are really good too) and i had noticed I had ordered the wrong product.
I used their online chat to see if I could sort the order out.
I was emailed the next day and was asked if I wanted to cancel the order, which I did and I was refunded straight away. This was all at the weekend too.
Given it was my fault in the first place, I am very impressed.

I’ve been a Mylee customer for almost 2 years and have always been very pleased with my purchases. Yesterday afternoon I decided to take advantage of the 30% off and order a few more colours. Later last night I realised I already had one of the colours so I emailed them and also reached out via WhatsApp asking if I could exchange the colour for a different one. I didn’t think I’d have any luck as it was almost midnight on Saturday night. To my amazement I had a reply at about quarter past midnight to say that my request would be passed on to customer services. I couldn’t believe that at nine thirty this morning I had an email to say that my order has been amended. I’m so grateful to Sam and Emily R for dealing with this issue so promptly for me. Very impressed, can’t fault them. Thanks again.

Been a loyal customer for years, but my parcel from Black Friday was not delivered to my address. Instead of being helpful and refunding or sending a replacement. They are siding with Yodel and saying it has been delivered. The picture of the door the parcel was left at in the ‘evidence’ isn’t my door! Really disappointed at this, a massive company leaving their customers without their products because they choose to deliver with appalling couriers. Will not be ordering again!!!

Needed to get in touch with customer service and I have to say they were absolutely fantastic! Sam and Latifah were both brilliant, so quick to reply and very helpful and friendly. First time I have ever ordered from Mylee and I highly recommend them. Delivery was extremely fast and the items I ordered were perfect and at a great price. Will definitely order from Mylee again.

I bought a gel colour bundle on the black Friday sale, but noticed a few days after the price had further decreased. I contacted the customer services and they offered to refund the difference. I will always stay a loyal customer 💓

I have shopped on Mylee multiple times and have never had an issue. However, this time there was an issue and the customer service is appalling. When someone eventually emailed me to tell me why my order was not being dispatched, I replied within half an hour. This email got ignored and after multiple attempts at contacting them again using all the various options (every line leads back to them emailing you!) I finally got an email to say that a colleague had refunded me due to an item being out of stock (even though it is still on sale on their website) and due to “non response” from me. When email is the only option and they ignore it, I’m not sure what else there is you can do. I don’t know if this is purely down to being overwhelmed by Black Friday sales or if this is what their customer service is always like but it has definitely put me off ever buying through their website again which is a shame because I have always loved their products.

Ordered a nail lamp which isn’t cheap and it wasn’t delivered to the correct place. This means I’m out of pocket and don’t have the item.
Got in touch with the customer service team multiple times and they’ve told me I need to ‘hunt’ for the package, despite me telling them I have asked multiple neighbours and looked all over.
I’m essentially being refused a refund due to their poor choice in courier. Do not order from them. Terrible service.

I have bought many products from Mylee, for some reason there was an issue with the courier company used, in short the parcel was shown as delivered when it wasn’t, I sent multiple emails to the courier company which was like banging my head against a brick wall! I informed Mylee Customer Service and they were excellent especially Kelly P she sent out a replacement with another courier and kept an eye on the order to make sure I received it …. what a breath of fresh air, this has reinforced my view that Mylee are an excellent company to deal with … thank you once again 😀

I ordered the Mylee Massive Kit for my partners birthday and the courier delivered it but left it on my driveway. The parcel was stolen so I contacted Mylee and was supported with my query by Emily.R. From the start Emily was fantastic, empathetic and apologetic. Emily kept me updated with the progress of my claim and within 3’days a replacement order was despatched and delivered.
Couldn’t have asked for better service, especially when it’s the couriers fault.

Really good experience with Mylee. I have been using their products for about a year now without any issues. I then placed another order but was not happy with the colour that arrived. The Mylee support and service was amazing and my colours were replaced. It is service and quality like this that will keep me a die hard fan!

I have asked for the complaints department 3 times and they keep ignoring me. Once they have your money there aren't interested in helping you in anyway shape or form. They have even ignored my reviews but answered other which makes me think they are getting staff to put reviews on so they can "resolve" the fake issues but not the real ones. Definitely avoid

I purchased the wraps from Boots which didn’t require a uv lamp. Found them easy to apply and trim to size. Unfortunately I did not find them easy to file and have found them to all be lifting at the tips of the nails. I had high hopes they would be a good healthy alternative to Gel but they haven’t worked out for me. Very disappointed with them.

I normally do not let reviews. I recently bought the pack with everything in, I even got extra things, followed the instructions, but the nails start chipping the next day. The quality is so poor unfortunately that will be my last order.
