In my experience, this club is a scam. I was charged a subscription for a book club when I had only clicked on a link to buy a pair of boots. When I complained, they would not refund the payment unless I gave them a positive rating on TurstPilot, which I wouldn't do. So I raised a dispute with my credit card company which resulted in a refund. Nonetheless, MyLookBookClub still had the cheek to urge me to give them a positive review saying they wouldn't process my refund unless I did so. Again, I refuse to do this. In my experience, they are dishonourable organisation and I warn everyone against them.

Great service, I was attended to promptly

This company has been taking 29.50 euros from my bank account every two weeks since July 2024. I didn't notice it until this month sadly as my husband gets them & he just assumed it was something I had committed to. I have never heard of this company &was horrified to see that they have taken over 200 euros from our account
I had never heard of My book Club so I googled them & sent a live chat. They told me I signed up for it &they wouldn't be refunding my money as per their terms & conditions. After several emails one person said I should send an email for the attention if the manager, which I did but kept getting replies from different people (not the manager) with the same result no refund. Then today I got one from someone called Kwakz telling me as a 'commercial gesture' they would refund half of last month's payment ie 15 euros & no more. I am really upset as I am 80 years old & don't wear makeup so I know I didn't sign up for this. I am at my wits end.
Is there someone who could help me please?

Since posting my comment I have been in contact with Mylookbookclub and my money has been refunded in full, for which I am very grateful, as I was really worried.Thank you to the Escalation Team for their help in resolving this matter.

I signed up after a Facebook ad that promised to give something for answering a survey. After that, I was signed up to this store that automatically buys credits for you so you get discounts from their store. The products are nice and cheaper, however, they are not available for delivery to my country. I immediately asked to get a full refund and thankfully, Andy, helped me!

I had a very good experience. Efficient and worthwhile

Dexter was very prompt with his assistance. He knew my problem and Assisted me with print assistance. But that still does not give the company the rites to take off money of my bank account .

100% scam company the collected the money from my account without any notification.... I'm really dispoint and never say can buy any product from srilanka....

No idea what this is. Tried 3 times to cancel . Then got an email offering a full refund if I leave a positive review ..... as you can see I will not be blackmailed. AVOID this company .
Update ....I just have to say that they have reached out to offer a resolution in order to initiate a full refund...oh and leave a 4/5 star rating ....so guess no refund ....I'll be contacting Trading Standards and Trust Pilot as this is still unethical to dictate the review they want me to give

This is a fraud subscription...A big scam. Do not share your credit card with them or subscribe to them ..UNKNOWINGLY
Please don't fall for this !
