Fraudulent Company
Money was taken from my account fraudulently by this company. Once confronted they offered a minimal £7.00 refund not acceptable I want the full amount. STRONGLY recommend Trust Piolt mark this company as fraudulent. There was no admin error I have NEVER subscribed to this account.

Didn't sign up was done when I was…
Didn't sign up was done when I was looking at a different company , took £1.67 then 3 says later £30 odd pound . That can cancel but can't give me refund as I gave got credits. Try going on there site comes up with fraudulent site so even if I wanted to .
Reported as fraudulent to bank waiting on getting money back .

I did not sign up for this company. My daughter made a purchase via TikTok shop and this company took money from my account then proceeded to attempt to keep taking money over and over again. Reported to bank as fraud and refund issued via bank. AVOID!!!!!!

Absolute shambles
Absolute shambles. I forgot my password and after a dozen attempts to get a reset password and several message on live chat....I finally just gave up and cancelled my account. Apparently there are no refunds for the money they took from my account and I can't get on the site to spend these credits......totally disgusted and they don't deserve the 1 star
