Few months ago they took money off my bank account. I’ve managed to get the money back because I was gonna report them to police and bank as well. Today they emailed me that I can get another refund worth of £40 if I submitted a good review with 4/5 stars….. This company is a joke and honestly can’t believe how shady this company truly is. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!

I have had money deducted from my account twice this month for something I didn't buy or order.

this is a scam site. We think we are buying an object and in reality we are not. They then tell you that you have taken out a subscription and that they will charge you €47 every month. I immediately asked to unsubscribe. They forced me to post a positive review on Trust pilot before agreeing to unsubscribe. They told me that the unsubscription would take effect in 14 days, and that I would have a compulsory withdrawal of €50
They are scammers. Run away

The website has a clean and modern design, making it visually appealing. However, I noticed that it's not very informative, and the content is quite limited.

- The website has a clear call-to-action (CTA) to encourage visitors to join the club.
- The use of high-quality images showcases the fashion aspect of the club.
- The simple navigation menu makes it easy to explore the site.

- Lack of detailed information about the club, its benefits, and what members

Suggestions:

- Add more detailed information about the club's benefits, membership, and what members can expect.
- Include testimonials or reviews from existing members to build credibility.
- Consider adding a blog or news section to share fashion tips, trends, or industry insights.
- Make social media links and contact information easily

I am utterly disappointed with this company. Earlier this week I clicked on something on Facebook. It was what I thought for a mystery box from Shein for 3 pounds. At the end of the process I discovered I had been enrolled for a gold membership with this company.
I immediately went to the site cancelled this and started a chat. I was informed the membership was cancelled but I would not be receiving a refund. I have emailed supposed manager and surprise surprise no response.
It is truly disgraceful the way people are conned into thinking it’s something else there getting when sneakily getting money taken out of their bank account. £36.39 in my case .
I am seeking legal advice on this and taking the matter further. I don’t have a lot of money and not going to be scammed out of it.
