As previous reviews, ordered pattern which has not arrived. Sent numerous emails no reply to any. Dont use thid company obviously scammers

I didn't receive my pattern. I sent three emails asking why but haven't had a response from them.

The download I received of a beanie hat with Father Christmas design is not the same as the picture they advertised
After reading other reviews I realised this ‘company’ are stealing designers knitting patterns and selling them at a higher price. If I could locate the original designer I would buy it again from her as I feel bad. Any ideas how I could find it?

Scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. They don’t send what you ordered and then ignore emails. Others say they have stolen patterns. Reviews are fake as it’s impossible to leave a review. DO NOT BUY AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW

Pattern ordered, download the PDF, and it doesn't contain what was advertised. Tried to contact "company" and no reply.

I ordered a panda bear knitted pattern from these off Facebook they have taken my money but still not received the good is been over a month now any ideas how to contract them

Be careful! These are scammers!
They sell my patterns without permission and thereby violate copyright. I am the owner of the shops on Etsy: KnittedToysPatterns and CuteKnitToy. These scammers stole several patterns from me.

This company don't deserve any stars. They have stolen six of my knitting designs and are selling them as their own. They make money on the back of other people's hard work. Shame on you.

Can't give less that one ,this company is infringing on copyrights of other people's work ,Harry Potter ,hagrid and Jack Sparrow patterns belong to Margaret Tobin on Facebook ,please don't support this company

I endorse what other people have said. The patterns don’t match the photos. The bundle promised 20+ patterns. There weren’t 20 and those that were there were duplicated. I’ve written 3 times to complain and had no response. I’m going to find a way to get my money back for their blatant miss selling. I also notice they’re not posting on my Facebook any more. Please don’t waste your money buying from them.

DO NOT BUY!! The bear pattern has no resemblance whatsoever to the photos on the listing. They are Mary Jane's Tea Room Patterns with different photos on the advert. The true owner of the pattern has been notified.

Bought Christmas Bunny pattern. Instructions pathetic. No pattern for scarf. Picture shows detail on front bodice, 2 different scarves, two coloured ears, whiskers, eyelashes. No mention/instructions for any of the above. Contacted seller - no reply. Avoid this seller at all costs.

Can't give less than 1! Download didn't arrive in my inbox, tried contacting multiple times with no luck. I paid using 'shop' app so thought they'd do something but they don't want to know. And below where it says you'll send the review - don't bother, they won't get it!

I have still not received my ‘instant’ download. I have emailed several times with no reply.. it may only be a small amount but the principle.. they provide the offer but do not fulfil the service .. when you provide bank details it is always a concern when you do not receive the item paid for. To avoid stress rethink your order!

Ordered three patterns 13th Jan still not received sent messages no reply now put the prob to PayPal as the the ordered has been paid for not a happy customer

Paid my money and did not receive my patterns. Sent many emails as this is the only way to make contact with them and they never replied. Had to get a refund via my bank.
