Lovely, spacious villa with beautiful pool, sundeck with jacuzzi and sauna and tennis court. Well located just a short walk to the town of Vrbnik. We so appreciated how well equipped the kitchen (and whole villa) was and all the thoughtful details such as noticing one of our birthdays.

Wonderful house, awesome pool, well equipped.

If you prefer a silent and peaceful area, then this is really a great spot for your stay. For us the ride to the beaches (min. 20 minutes one way) was ok.
In the village is a nice restaurant with good food on the small harbour.

We had an amazing time staying at Villa Zvonimir. A beautiful property located a short drive from the city with beautiful views. Our hosts were fantastic and were always available when we needed them. Couldn't recommend Villa Zvonimir enough!

Zorislav’s place is simply perfect!
It’s located in a small village and has everything you could possibly wish for: stylishly furnished, fully equipped, with many small and thoughtful details. You can feel the love that has gone into every corner of it. Zorislav was always available for us, and small changes to our arrival and departure times were easy to arrange. It’s not super close to the cities and beaches, but the distances are very manageable. This was the most beautiful holiday home we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic house and great service!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Leona XXL! The house is brand new, spacious, and luxurious with everything you could possibly need. Super clean, modern, and perfect for a big group. The host was wonderful and went above and beyond with excellent service, including daily grocery shopping. Highly recommend!

We were really, really satisfied with our stay at Villa Spuga. Everything was spotlessly clean and perfectly prepared – nothing was missing. There were even wine glasses, champagne glasses, and everything else you could need. Plenty of towels were provided, and everything was just perfect. The pool was super clean and very pleasant. We truly enjoyed our time here and can highly recommend it!

We were two families of four adults and five children from 7 to 19 years old. Casa M was a beautiful experience. The design is elegant and tasteful. There are plenty of big spaces and big furniture for families to lounge, chat and eat. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. There is parking for at least two cars just outside the villa entrance. There is a beautiful beach within an easy 10-min drive from the villa (V. Stiniva). The only things we missed were a mop to clean the pretty white floors and a microwave.

The luxurious villa with its impeccable taste and peaceful surroundings made our trip so wonderful. It was the most amazing setting to unwind and get back to yourself. V & I enjoyed it so much.

The villa was lovely and the service exceptional.

Only a few quibbles
1- TV guide explanation needs to be in the welcome binder.
2 - Pillows have to be upgraded as they are too soft.
3 - The security deposit should be paid via a credit card hold and not cash.

Other than that it was a fantastic villa and much better booking direct than with airbnb!

Wonderful quiet location with a private pool that gave our family quiet moments and a base from which to explore. Excellent parking great facilities and wonderful host.

This was one of the best villas we have stayed in. It was gorgeous in a charming, rustic way, so well equipped, comfortable and the view was breathtaking. Beds were comfortable and it has been beautifully restored.

I'd say not that suitable for toddlers but perfect for other kids and our girls loved it. It has a decent size pool for lots of entertainment.

The host was so friendly and suggested loads of things for us to do and places to eat.

Would highly recommend it for a dreamy, relaxed Croatian stay. Many thanks

We were very satisfied. The villa is very clean and top equipped, the room layout is perfect. The outdoor area offers a lot of space and the pool is nice big and clean. The hostess Adrijana was very nice, always available and responded immediately to requests.
