The quality has gone right down I ordered 5 Masks and had to throw three away as the loops were not same size they were baggy and did not fit properly. I have purchased several times from Maskie but after this will not do again

Worst mask which I bought in this…
Worst mask which I bought in this pandemic. Mentioned will come with filter but when I opened the pack thr wasn't any filter and the mask is made of some thin cloth which will allow even sand to pass through leave aside viruses. Very cheap product at such exorbitant pricing and without any sort of safety against covid. I bought it from Maskie India website and it's bad they just provide the cloth.

Very Disappointed
Very Disappointed. I bought three of these masks at the beginning of the pandemic and they were great which is why I ordered more recently. The new masks were made of much cheaper material and were so much smaller they barely even fit over my nose and chin. Won’t be buying again. Payment and delivery was quick and easy though so added an extra star for that.

I am more than disappointed with the latest masks I received and feel worse as I'd recommended them and actually ordered two for a friend I was embarrassed to ask for the money for them as they are no where near the quality of my originals. I doubt I will order anymore and hope I don't lose my original - sorry 😐

When I contacted you about non delivery you told me not your problem and to contact the carrier and breezily said... . I know you'll understand and we hope you have a great day. Grrrrrrrr!
I had to drive to the local sorting office and find out where it was lost. This was inconvenient and as Royal mail said, was your responsibility as sender not mine.
You continued to ignore my e mails even when I gave you all the information.
If you don't realize that the way you style your e mails... . Are you American?... can drive a fairly passive OAP to anger, then your training is all wrong.

Disappointed by product changes
So disappointed, I bought 3 Maskies last year and they were fab, I've lost two of them so went to order new ones and they're nothing like the old ones!! The material feels cheaper, thinner, and less stretchy, the shape is different so now it doesn't cover my face properly... I loved my original Maskies but these are awful, complete waste of money.
