matter resolved

***After a bad experience Cedric has sorted out the issue for me and apologised and I appreciate it. He has been polite and understanding. ***

Very poor, they company keeps spamming you although you unsubscribe they just ignore your request

i see you only unsubscribed on the 10th of November at 08:17 and there were no email newsletters sent to you after that. Please let us know the email address and the subject line that you received more emails from us? - *Yes you sent me several emails to the email address which was registered *

Other than the newsletter, is there any other reason why you gave us such a bad rating?

How quick did you get your order? "I did not receive it and you know this"
Were any of our staff rude to you? "They never reply or return calls and your phone number does not work and we frantically called it daily So yes that is perceived as rude"
What did you think of the quality of the Matcha Tea powder? "Don't know as still waiting"
Any other reason? "Yes lots - look at the multiple emails I sent you about my order - the FB posts - The Messenger emails - you took my money and did not deliver and failed to resolve it"

Your company has taken my money and then made up a fraudulent POD which shows my name written by someone with a signature not resembling mine In addition I was not even home to take delivery but my staff and security were. Not once have you called me or returned my emails or attempted to resolve this but left me out of pocket so please do not act all helpful and friendly on here when you have no decency to once call or email me to resolve this - what a disgrace and I would discourage anyone dealing with your company. Your courier "Skynet" tried to do your dirty work and called me after I made several calls to them and admit they delivered to a house with a BMW ??? What a joke ! Please advise where the BMW is ? I am still waiting on a repy from Julie who promised delivery on Monday 12 Nov and a follow up call at 1030am? I sent a total of approx 20 emails. Where is my reply and call back ? Shocking !

Hi Andre,

Thank you for your detailed reply.

Who sent you a fraudulent POD? This is a very serious offence and it will need to be escalated and the relevant employee disciplined appropriately.

Our staff don't have access to SkyNets delivery system so it is impossible to fake a POD on our side.

We are told by SkyNet that your wife signed on behalf of you. If a member SkyNet truly committed fraud, then we may need to get the police involved as this may be a case of theft.

It is obvious that you have had a terrible experience, so I have requested that PayFast reverse the payment as per our refund policy, and you can call them on 0861 729 32 and quote the Ticket ID: 225096 to follow up on the progress of this. Please allow them 24 hours to attend to this request.
