Fantastic service and super responsive!

Fantastic service from the moment our company made contact to get the virtual classes in place for our employees. Super responsive to our requests and flexible to work around our needs as a small business. The instructor is amazing and will absolutely use My:Method again!

These guys have been great at getting…

These guys have been great at getting me going. As a novice, I didn't really know where to start with which type of Pilates & how many sessions I'd realistically need. Having Laura guide me through it, making sure the teacher was right, sorting out the online setup and then a comprehensive follow up has been great.

Heavenly teacher and brilliant service!

My Method Pilates responded very quickly after our first inquiry for office Pilates. They were friendly, very efficient and listened carefully to what our needs were. We were matched with a fantastic teacher who makes you feel as though he is in the room with you and makes you forget it's a virtual class. Very attentive, creative and just lovely!

I am not new to yoga but I always…

I am not new to yoga but I always prefer to do it with a teacher at my home. I was a bit worried when I contacted My Method because I have never used them before. But the team was amazing! They have listened to what I want and they have found me a perfect yoga teacher. I absolutely loved her and could not wait for our next session.
They have such a big range of teachers to suit all your needs, also good pricing! You will not be disappointed by choosing them.

Great service!

I have found My Method, while searching for in house meditation session at the dental practice I work at, and it was an instant hit! Imogen had very promptly responded to my enquiry and the first session was booked shortly afterwards. Our team really enjoy sessions with Monica, everyone finds it very relaxing and calming, and it really does help our overworked and stressed brains to slow down. I can't recommend My Method highly enough, great service!

This is a great service

This is a great service, both by Zoom during lockdown and in person subsequently. It has been great to tailor the practise to my needs and not feel pressured to keep up with a group class.

Pilates one on one sessions at home

I’ve got a really fantastic Pilates instructor now, who I saw when I was pregnant and am now able to pick up with after having my baby. I was a Pilates beginner and I can really feel the progress. I initially started with a different teacher, who then couldn’t make the timings I wanted, which was a bit annoying as she had accepted the times I suggested - but the great customer services team made up for it with a couple of free classes because of the disruption of changing teachers. I am now really happy with my current teacher and determined to keep up with Pilates! It’s obviously pricey but the difference in progress with a 1:1 class compared with a larger group is huge.

Thank you Anna for running the…

Thank you Anna for running the therapeutic yoga session I took part in yesterday. It was my first virtual exercise class and I thought it ran smoothly with a high level of engagement despite the circumstances. It was enjoyable, relaxing, but also challenged me at times! I would recommend these classes to people of all abilities.

We undertook a virtual therapeutic yoga…

We undertook a virtual therapeutic yoga session with Anna as part of a corporate work experience programme. The session was very well organised with detailed joining instructions being sent in advance. The technical onboarding prior to the class was also really useful to ensure everybody was set up with their equipment correctly. The class was relaxing and energising - Anna clearly has a lot of experience. We would use again.

My:Method’s service is perfect

My:Method’s service is perfect. We have had two great teachers, with different styles, but both fitting perfectly with our skill level and requirements. Online sessions have been fantastic - and actually offering us more flexibility. Highly recommend!

Sunny, positive Zoom Pilates which sorted out my lockdown bod!

I have shared some Zoom Pilates sessions given by Jonny with my housemate during lockdown. The sessions have been a God-send! I’d become so stiff and got back ache, but Jonny helped me sort it out - even through Zoom! He really watches one’s movements and describes so well the small adjustments that one needs to make. And makes it fun. He plans the sessions so that, while exercises do gradually become familiar, they include new exercises too and the sequence varies. AND He’s got such an easy sunny positive energy - it’s great stuff!

A new routine :)

I was new to yoga when we were forced into remote teaching, but the team at MyMethod matched me really well with a teacher who balanced my recovery from injury with my wellness goals. I see Tanja twice a week and in just a few weeks I have seen a huge improvement in my yoga practice, not to mention a very enjoyable break from my day’s responsibilities.

Phenomenal health and wellbeing provider

I have been entirely and consistently delighted with my interactions with My:Method. The sales phase was handled very deftly, and fine attention to detail was applied to my personal needs, thus ensuring that the correct solution was found for me. The booking process is very smooth, again it was consistently well thought through and I was given a session with a technical consultant to ensure that I had the correct setup to do online sessions at this time of (coronavirus) lockdown.

Tanja, my teacher, is totally professional and goes to great lengths to understand my needs (including my mental welfare, an often overlooked part of health). In particular, I am coming back from injury so she is working on a plan which will cover my goals (with regard to strength, flexibility, coordination, stamina and so on) in the safest way possible. I feel empowered to say if something hurts – at which point we do a different exercise so i won’t injure myself – and I also feel empowered to enjoy our sessions and to do the “homework” every day between sessions.

Tanja is most kind, patient and encouraging; she is also extremely clear in demonstrating and explaining the techniques we are performing. To top it all, she also has a phenomenal knowledge of anatomy, which really gets us cooking with gas!

Overall, with the greatest enthusiasm, I recommend My:Method to anyone who wants to improve their health and wellbeing, particularly if coming back from injury and/or a long period of not exercising. I know it feels a bit daunting to start this, but am delighted to confirm that My:Method will find a plan to suit your needs. I have been learning from the team for 3 weeks and can already see a major improvement in my physical and mental wellbeing, and am looking forward to continuing my course with maximum excitement and positivity. I am deeply grateful to the whole team for their kindness and support, and am recommending My:Method to all my friends.

I’ve never been a massive fan of online…

I’ve never been a massive fan of online fitness, I find I often work better with an instructor there with me, but Imogen was absolutely amazing. She very quickly understood what kind of yoga practise I wanted and what I was capable of. She made each lesson fun but challenging and was able to fully instruct and help me from behind the screen. In fact it often felt like we were in a room together. She was still able to see my postures and suggest improvements to make it easier or harder and each lesson with her was an absolute pleasure. Having hardly done yoga before I really enjoyed the calmness of stretching paired with the excitement of mastering a new move. She always worked at a time that suited me and I would have no reservations at recommending this to a friend to try.

Great help

I have had back pains that required painkillers and hospital visits. Accidentally I have tried yoga which seemed to make it better but required frequent sessions with a competent professional. With my unstable schedule, it became a challenge to find fitting service. However, coming across My Method, I have met very skilled professionals that have been helping me for about 8 months now, and I have not had to seek medical help since.

Since we have entered the era of lockdown, I have had worries that the restrictions will eventually lead to problems. Nevertheless, I must say that the sessions I have been having over Zoom with Rose have proved to be effective and still are beneficial to me.

My Method has also been great in terms of communication, adjusting to my needs and schedule. Due to frequent changes throughout the time, I have had sessions with several different people, and all of them were competent and professional.

I am grateful to the My Method team and yoga professionals that have been helping me.

I had a great experience

I had a great experience! I felt comfortable, relaxed and confident. The one-to-one format was ideal for me. Kavita's instructions were clear and tailored to my abilities and at the end of the session I knew that I will definitely be having more classes with her. In the past I have joined other Pilates classes but as an older (75) less than fit woman I always felt inadequate and somewhat left behind. I had to be persuaded by my daughters to try one of My Method's on-line, individual sessions. I am so very glad that I listened to them.
