Doctor stood me up, and support did not respond.
I set everything up and my card was charged for the appointment, but Dr. Joel Durinka never called me and support never responded to me when I let them know Dr. Durinka wasn't calling. I waited almost an hour past my scheduled time before I cancelled my appointment with Dr. Durinka and rescheduled with Dr. Kevin Kargman. Dr. Kargman did call me, though a bit late, and the process from there was OK. I will not be using My MMJ Doctor again.

We understand how upsetting it is to be charged, prepared for your visit, and then not receive the expected call from the provider. That is not the experience we aim to deliver.
We’re also sorry for the delay you experienced during your rescheduled appointment, even though we’re glad you were eventually able to connect with another doctor and continue your care.

Dr. Miller was available right when I wanted to meet with him to renew my license. He asked the right questions, he didn't judge me or make me feel bad for renewing my license. I used him for my original license, and it was a very easy process. I recommend My MMJ Doctor, and Dr. Miller for your MMJ license needs!

I applied for this card and was approved weeks ago. I received the doctors approval form by email. It was a quick and easy process. However nobody explained what was next. You have to submit it to the state yourself. I’m still waiting for instructions on how to do that

My appointment was set up fast
My appointment was set up fast. My visit was quick and easy. The only thing is that I had no idea that we now have to submit our doctor's notes etc, into the state ourselves. The last time I renewed it was taken care of by the doctor's office so I thought that this was how it was still being done. I suggest that you remind your patients by phone, test and email that this is now the new procedure.
