Great customer service

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the opportunity at this time and requested a refund. After reaching out to the support team, the response was quick and efficient. When the time is better, I will definitely utilize this service.

Customer service does not address the…

Customer service does not address the questions that you ask. They also advise you that you will be charged a total of 3 payments per week and advised that 1 payment is for the program and the additional 2 are financing fees for the payment plan!!! This customer service is worst then getting an agent on the phone that has a severe foreign accent that barely speaks English 🤦🏽‍♀️

As discussed, our systems are not set up to charge 3 weekly payments instead, they were overlapped charges because of missed payments for the previous due dates. To prevent this from happening, clients can always reach out to us so we can help them with the payment schedule. Please know as well that we have coached the representative who handled your concern and will make sure that this won't happen again. Great Customer Service

Ali is who I received assistance from and she was super fast with responding and answering any questions I had. She also called me to ensure I was not having any issues with logging into the system. Give this lady a raise!!! 😁 MME will always be my #1

MyMoneyEDU program responded quickly…

MyMoneyEDU program responded quickly with my concern when I was not able to login into my dashboard. I was able to speak with an customer service rep on the phone and they created a ticket and sent several emails to make sure that the issue had been resolved.

I have been working toward repairing my credit for the last 30 years. Everytime I came into some money I would clear the slate and begin again only to repeat the pattern again and again. I would learn as I go but the learning curve to financial health is long and extensive now as I reach my senior years I need more practical habits and I am grateful for the help and encouragement. Being that their are so many scammers in the world today, I was skeptical to follow through with working with MyMoneyEdu. After my consultation with Kenny, he made me feel comfortable so I decided to take a chance. From day one, these guys have been hands on! This isn’t your typical program where you watch videos, answer questions and move through the program. The live zoom calls and private Facebook page is simply amazing. You get any question answered with patience. Since joining the program, my credit scores have gone from low 600’s. I am proud to say that my highest credit score is 740 and my lowest score is 686. I’m confident that all of my scores will be over 800 soon.

When I first joined MyMoneyEDU my…

When I first joined MyMoneyEDU my credit score was in the 500’s with about 18 hard inquires (my glass was extremely dirty). After watching the videos on how to better my credit score and applying what was being taught to me, my score started to change. I was properly guided how to use my credit card, I was taught how to clean my glass by making on time payments and paying past due payments. Once the payments was made, I was able to challenge the negative remarks on my credit report and I’m glad to say that my Identity IQ has my scores in the 700 Club. Thank you MyMoneyEDU for your guidance, instructions and wisdom.

Love this program!!

Love this program!! I just signed up for it and in the couple of days that I've been going through the educational videos, I've learned so much about my credit report, my scores and how to manage it all. I've been so clueless for years and I'm just starting to finally understand how it really works. The content is easy to understand and follow. My experience thus far has been great.
