I'm assuming this is in reference to my 1-1 meeting with Kenney. I think it went very well. I was able to discuss the things I was confused and concerned about in relation to my business and personal credit. Kenney was very informative, patient, and most importantly (for me) empathetic to my situation. It's not easy sharing all your dirty laundry (bad credit decisions) with a person. Ignorance of various business related nuances. Common place to most; but not to me. Kenney didn't make me feel unimportant or stupid when it came to my questions and etc. He explained things in terms I could understand and he gave me clear steps on what I should do going forward and also offered a follow up in 30-45 days. I'm very appreciative of the personal time and great leadership Kenney exhibited.

Very poor experience. Not all modules are available upon purchase. I brought this the day before Thanksgiving. I tried to contact support but received a message that they were closed until Monday. I expressed that I couldn’t see the modules that I brought it for. They also hit my mailbox with tons of spam. Addressed content to the wrong name and had no record that I had purchased the product. So they sent more spam asking me to buy the product I had already brought. I paid $1497 for it. The spammed me so much all the way to the point that they offered it for $397. I was so annoyed with all the spam - over 32 emails in a few days plus the locked modules. Since support was closed o reached out Monday and requested a refund - which they denied bc three days had passed. But remember- they were CLOSED so I couldn’t review everything! I had not opened any of the content either. I filed a dispute with my CC. Four months later they lied over and over again to my CC saying I had used the product. Never acknowledged that they were closed during my 3 day cancellation period. It’s been a nightmare. Even on IG they had ppl in my inbox asking for an additional $500. I might be out of money but I do plan to report them to the FTC and the Attorney General office to ensure their poor business practices are documented. I doubt I’ll recovery my funds but it was the worse experience ever. Save your money. It’s bogus.
