I just want to say a massive thank you to My Mortgage Team for the help in getting me a mortgage for a right to buy purchase and my first ever property purchase. There was a lot of bumps in the road but i can honestly say nothing phased them and they always went above and beyond to help, support and guide me through :) A special thanks to Caroline, Amy and Kirsty you have all been amazing and i cant thank you enough.

I would use this company again and recommend them for anyone looking for a mortgage advisor especially if you are a fist time buyer like me as they make it so much easier to navigate it all.

Caroline, Katie, Kirsty and everyone we spoke to were so helpful. It would’ve been so hard to navigate without them and we wouldn’t have got as good a deal. I can’t recommend them enough and I’m so glad I used them. If we move again, I’ll be using them without hesitation.

Getting a mortgage was a daunting process, especially since I'm a first-time, solo homebuyer. I'm the first to buy a house in my immediate family, so there was no experience to depend upon. Kelly made this process significantly easier, providing expert guidance and support throughout. Interest rates, loan options, and paperwork made no sense to me, and with my intense and stressful job, I felt overwhelmed and incapable of making sense of it all. Kelly made sure I knew what I needed to know and simplified terms I didn't understand. Kelly had endless patience for what some might consider silly or obvious questions. I felt that my needs were met and my slim free hours were well accommodated. Kelly really worked hard to meet my needs, which made the process much smoother. Also, Kelly was extremely easy to talk to. I'm quite shy and sensitive and worry about asking too much and bothering people, but Kelly is so kind and easy to talk to—a quality outside of her expertise that I've valued the most. She guided me through this entire scary process, removed my worries, and resolved any issues I experienced. She went above and beyond; I feel like I got so much more than I paid for, I can't praise her enough.

Caroline and her team are AMAZING! This is the second time we have used them as we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Kelly really is the mortgage fairy godmother!
This is the second time using Kelly to help me secure the best mortgage deal when moving house. She is able to explain things simply and deals with everything for you, she knows I'm not good with numbers, so knowing I've got Kelly looking out for me and my son was just a god send!

Kelly made moving as stress free as possible for us. We began the process in January and for one reason or another we were delayed several times and Kelly was there to explain, guide and support us through it all. Amazing service from Katie and all the team.
