I would recommend this company and in particular our mortgage consultant Kelly Greatholder.
She took all the worry and pressure away from us in helping us to source an acceptable interest rate for our remortgage.
She is very thorough and professional in her approach.
She spoke to us in plain English ensuring we fully understood all implications during the process.

Kelly was super helpful from the start. She explained things clearly and carefully considered my needs and expectations throughout. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything and well informed, and even helped me as my move date approached by chasing my solicitors for responses! Caroline and her team provided me and my partner with an excellent service whilst trying to secure a mortgage for our first home. Kelly was incredibly thorough as we knew she would be having used her services to get our original mortgage. My fiancé and I have recently just bought a house (weird saying that out loud), and we were stuck on what to do. I took advice from friends and we went to find a mortgage broker, who were trying to get us cheap deals but would never respond to our emails. My brother recommended Katie Durcan and honestly I can say that she made our journey SO much easier. She was able to accommodate to us for our meeting over the phone and did it out of her working hours for us, has been consistent with her emails and always dropped in to check on how we were doing and how we were getting on! Didn’t feel daunting at all, and we had a few hiccups with scheduling but she basically held our hands the entire way! If you can afford to hire a mortgage advisor I would DEFINITELY recommend it, and especially this company! I also have to thank Amanda Briggs for also helping us whenever Katie wasn’t working and she was as much as a gem! These two are a credit to the field and truly care about their customers, at least we feel that way!!! 🥹

I have been to Caroline twice now for my mortgage, initially for the mortgage on my house and then to re mortgage when my fixed rate expired. I still don't know how she found me a mortgage for the house I purchased, when at the time my credit rating was so poor. Both times, the process has been completely stress free. I just told Caroline what I was looking for and she found me the best deal. Not only that, the team continue to look out for mortgage rate drops before the completion date! I think my rate went down 3 times before I completed!!

Caroline and the team are absolutely amazing, as a 1st time buyer i was nervous and clueless about the process, but within an hour of speaking to Caroline she had sorted me a mortgage in principle and already forward me the forms to fill in and that was it,that's all I did.
