Would have been 5 star but sadly My…

Would have been 5 star but sadly My Motor World use EVRi as their courier and they are the worst, most unreliable courier in the country.
I have no problem with the service from My Motor World, just the delivery company and the lies/excuses as to why the can’t deliver..

Customer service is rubbish....

Customer service is rubbish....
1. Paid for next day DHL delivery...waited until 16.50 and no delivery.
2. Tried to phone...not answering the phone
3. Tried to send a message/web form....took 3 attempts as site is a bit rubbish.
Still awaiting a reply...Awful service...
It may be a little dearer, but you'll save time (and hence money) by buying elsewhere.

REFUND

Tried to get a refund for a wrong part and been passed from pillar to post neither the store or head office are taking responsibility to give a refund or even clear instructions.

Great communication once products were ordered/placed
With timescales on delivery along with important information on the service and driver courier to deliver it. All at specified times on delivery instructions

No point in offering a warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a battery for my partners car by entering the vehicle details so expecting the battery to be correct from the choices listed.
After a couple of months the battery failed. I contacted my motor world about a refund and was refused as they said the battery was not an OEM part. Thier warranty system is basically worthless I never use them again

Please note that the battery supplied was selected as an equivalent upgrade based on the vehicle details provided at the time of order. Multiple fitments exist for this vehicle, and our website clearly advises customers to ensure they select the correct option. Because the battery supplied was not the OEM unit, and fitment responsibility lies with the purchaser, we are unable to issue a refund or accept a return.

Great company

Have used this company 4 times in the last couple of months and I genuinely cannot fault them.
Ordered front suspension arms for my daughters mazda and they were half the price to other suppliers and were of oe quality.
I'm a retired technician and I look after my families cars , including my neighbours and they are my first call when sourcing parts

Parcel delivery

My Parcel was supposed to be delivered in the 23/12/2025, but it didn’t, I contacted customer service and they send an email that il be delivered on the 24/12/2025, but nothing came. No delivery information on DHL or Evri until today, no information whatsoever, and still waiting for the parcel.
