Delivery is terrible always late

Delivery is just an absolute joke ! Seriously I had EVRI next day delivery ordered on Saturday the 28th (100257976) order number for you to check never expected A Sunday delivery ! Possibly Monday now Tuesday no update on EVRI site still saying we are expecting absolutely ridiculous ! This is my third order and everyone has been late I expect a refund for my delivery if you require other order numbers I can provide ! The site is easy to navigate selection of parts and fitment details clear as to multiple parts and diameters like all car part companies & pricing reasonable but the one thing that let’s this company down is delivery I mean now Tuesday the 3rd of March & EVRI say the are expecting it still even with next day delivery it should have left on Monday for Tuesday delivery but the courier are saying they are expecting it probably going to be my last order from now on I will use local suppliers or eBay as this is just sub standard

You’re right to expect that next-day delivery should be reliable, and it’s unacceptable that your order has been held up and the tracking hasn’t updated.

Regarding your delivery, we have already processed a refund for the next-day service charge for order #100257976 (£4.95), and it should reach your account within 3–5 working days if it hasn’t already. For any other affected orders, please provide the order numbers and we can check them individually and refund delivery charges where appropriate.

We appreciate your honest feedback, and while I completely understand if you choose to source locally in the future, I hope we can earn your trust back if you ever decide to order from us again.

Don't make a mistake in your address details they can do anything

I unfortunately made a mistake in the postcode for my delivery, EVRI could not change it in order to deliver my parcel and referred me back to My Motor World who said they couldn't change the details:

"We understand that occasionally there may be a need to change your delivery address for security or convenience reasons. However, due to our stringent security protocols, we are unable to directly modify delivery addresses."

So the company responsible for arranging the delivery of my parcel couldn't change things.

So it got taken back from EVRI (This they could arrange) so I'm expecting a refund soon.

Ended up getting it for a few quid more locally (GSF over the counter), it is a shame that what could have been a good customer experience rapidly turned into a terrible one.

Well ordered i power steering pump online it arrived very quick thanks 😊
So I fitted it and its was faulty so I email them to say it was faulty they emailed me back to say they have sent me u another one it arrived the next day

Brake parts

Had everything I ordered in stock. Came the next day, tracked, so could look out for driver, (we're not the easiest street to find.) All items well packed. Very easy web site to use. Thank You.

So happy with my first purchase

So happy with my first purchase. The full service kit I bought was cheaper than anywhere I looked. Delivery to Northern Ireland was quick also... highly recommend and Definitely be buying again.

Delivery was a joke

Website experience was great no issues at all, as was communication, BUT DHL delivery what a joke, tracking number didn’t work, date got moved, contacting them is a nightmare. Got my delivery at 1930hrs, had no idea. Would I buy from My Motor world again, not sure but only because the delivery service.

Not sure where these positive feedbacks…

Not sure where these positive feedbacks have come from or if they are automated, however my motorworld is one big scam, ordered the parts using my registration plate, parts came wrong, spoke to customer services who refused to say it was their fault - you should check the parts to see if correct, is the what I received back

Using your registration plate should be enough, the parts came for the came where scratched on the Bosch disc, and far too large for my vehicle.

I asked for them to be collected and was told they won't and it's down to be to send them back at my cost!!!!!

I paid for the parts to be returned and then they refused to pay me back in full and took £67 on the return cost!!!!

Honestly DO NOT USE, I would highly recommend using AUTODOC instead, cheaper parts, easier to deal with and won't rip you off.

When a registration number is entered on our website, it helps us narrow down compatible options, but due to manufacturer variations (such as different disc sizes depending on trim level, engine, or production date), we always advise customers to double-check the specifications listed against their vehicle before fitting. This is noted on the product page and in our terms to help avoid situations like this.

Regarding the condition of the Bosch discs, if items arrive damaged or scratched, we would always ask for clear photos so we can investigate properly with the supplier. We certainly would not expect you to keep damaged goods.

In terms of return costs, our policy (as outlined in our returns section) explains when return postage is covered and when it is the customer’s responsibility.

We understand this hasn’t been the experience you expected, and we are sorry you feel let down. If you would like us to review the case again, please provide your order number so we can re-examine everything thoroughly.
