Customer service has always been exceptional. Best pre prepared meals out there. Real food, with plenty of variety, no change in quality over time and protein source is always high.

Product is great. if the delivery team can just read the instructions, we will have a good relationship. Im home when you deliver, Ring my doorbell rather than leave out the front of an apartment building! You must lose a lot of stock!

The meals are really tasty and a good size, there are a lot of options available and they always arrive well-packed and still cold by the time I bring them in from the delivery spot.

Amazing food, longtime buyer

The food was delivered promptly without fail every week, although sometimes there was a fair bit of residue on the packaging. The meals tasted decent. Not restaurant quality but good enough. However, the portion sizes were really small. I had to eat two meals in one sitting most days. At $10 a portion, this would amount to $20 per meal. In the long run, for me, it just wasn’t worth it. In saying that, I did enjoy the convenience of it all and the fact that there was a variety of meals to choose from. Also, for some people the portion sizes might be sufficient.

Overall, if the portion sizes were a bit bigger, or the meals slightly cheaper, I would personally reconsider signing on again.

The food is tasty and deliveries are timely. Plus you can order based on your preferences of calorie control meals, high protein or what ever your objective is. Timely deliveries as well. Lots of great options to choose from too.

Meals are great and always delivered on time

Great meals tried almost every one of them now and a good selection of different quality tastes. The only thing I could be really fussy about is the plastic tub it comes in, the ridges hold majority of the best parts!

This service is the best one yet

So perfect for those people who want to eat balanced meals, but don’t have the time nor energy to meal prep. The food is tasty and the app makes it so easy to switch up the upcoming meals. I heavily suggest this service for those on the go.

The taste of the food is 5 star!

However, delivery and packaging issues on the last order made the overall experience average.

Wrong food was labelled/delivered - lamb shanks ordered and labelled but lasagne inside. Also the delivery driver delivered to our neighbours so unsure how long it sar outside for and one of the boxes were drenched.

Muffins - chocolate is a bit dry but the raspberry white chocolate is the absolute best!!!

The food is great quality, convenient and delivery efficient and easy 👍👏.

This was my third order, unfortunately a lot of the proteins in my meals were very grissly

I've tried so many like these before, but hands down MMC are the best tasting! It genuinely tastes like its home made. I love it!

Good flavours and portion size, excited to see good amount of protein mostly (possibly the Beef Ragu a bit too much sauce and light on meat) but overall we are super happy. Thanks.
Incidentally I am a Caterer, so my husband's reaction to my ordering in was " oh no, you won't be happy!" as he knows I can be quite picky. So well done, you exceeded his expectations 🤣

Edited our meal plan to suit what we wanted in the right time frame to be able to receive the right meals in our next order and they sent the old meal plan but said they sent the new one! Very frustrating and now we have meals that we won’t eat. This is the second issue we have had with My Muscle Chef. Not good enough
