It’s great for tracking calories. It’s good for beginners but, once you’ve started putting on muscle, the weight calculating portion isn’t as helpful. It’s like that with any app however since they use bmi calculators

This app is very user friendly. I have been using it for 7 months and lost an estimate of 10-12 pounds. I fell off track for a little and came back to regain my momentum. I switched from another prominent, overrated app and I’m not going back. I’m happy with my results and the features Net Diary has provided me. Free or paid, this app is the real thing. Ofcourse the paid version provides more support but I’m never disappointed either way. I’m so happy I transitioned to Netdiary install it! You won’t regret it! 💯

I have consistently put in all my meals…
I have consistently put in all my meals and snacks for past 5 months. It has allowed me to make smart choices and reassess my choice on portion size. It keeps me on track for steps and water intake as well. I have lost my weight 1-2 lbs a week allowing to achieve my goal thus far. I am over 1/2 way there and I never thought I would be able to accomplish what I have! Thank you to this app it certainly has given me the tools to be successful.

Very easy to use. Straightforward interface and not overly complicated to log meals. The ai meal scan and barcode scan and picture upload make it so easy to log meals. I tried other apps but this one takes the cake.
Almost Awesome App
This app is a great first step towards becoming useful. The problem is that it forces the users to break up food intake into a series of defined meals, such as breakfast or dinner, in order for the system to adapt and respond to your body composition results. What is missing is the ability for people to choose to log food in a single, daily running list where we have simple visibility and ease of use; the app should be able to sort out and respond to our food list based on the time it is logged and nutritional profile, to give us useful feedback.
