I love this app for calculating calories and macros, and tracking my fluids as well. I followed a weight loss plan (Dr. Layne Norton’s Fat Loss Secrets book) , and achieved success with the help of t... See more

You'll Know Your - MyNetDairy
To loose weight and eat what you want by just counting kilojoules is just so easy using MyNetDairy.
MyNetDairy provides you with a free option to start with, and then if you want, a very reasonable yearly cost for advanced categories in their app.
I've been using MyNetDairy for 2 years and will have met my target weight by March this year. (106kg to 85kg).
I'm very happy with MyNetDairy app.
Thoughts by a long time User.
I (Vivienne) have used this for more than 10 years and had great success in losing unwanted weight when I've been fully committed to follow the plan set out for me. Over all, it's trained me to consume food in healthy proportions when for most of my life I've tended to over eat. I love food and I'm so pleased that I can eat all the things I like without compromising on flavour or healthy choices. The encouragement to stick with it by nutritionists and their advice has been great. It seems to be the only app that I've researched that is affordable too.
MyNetDiary is top of its class!
I have been so incredibly impressed with MyNetDiary and the support I have received from Daniil M.
Responses to request for assistance are very fast, educational and informative. Furthermore, user feedback is valued by the company, and they act on it to continuously improve the app.
This company clearly thinks about how users' brains work to make the app as intuitive and easy as it could possibly be.
I was worried that by starting to use a food logging app, I would start to get a restrictive mindset that would be counterproductive to healthy eating. No, instead, I feel so much freer with food, and it has simplified my life so very much.
For example, when I have no idea for what to have for dinner, I just scroll the recipes section of the app putting in the filters that makes sense for me at that moment and start browsing and within a minute, I find simple delicious recipes for which I have the ingredients or can see how I could substitute.
I can easily upload recipes from the Internet just by copying over the URL. Now I can ditch the recipe app that I have and instead just contain my recipes within this app. It's saving me money.
In addition, when I started this app because of the incredible nutritional analysis, I became aware that I was taking way too much of a couple of vitamins, dangerously so. I had made a mistake about how much I should be taking of one, and the other was hidden in a food. Because this app will tell you where you're getting most of a nutrient from, you can track down sources of excess. I can't imagine what a powerful impact that will have on my long-term health.
The way the app is designed. It is also very encouraging for achieving goals, encouraging you along the way and giving you the facts so that you can make adjustments, and it also does a great job at making adjustments for you as it learns about your metabolism based on what you're eating, the exercise you do, and the weight changes happening for you.
A friend of mine has been telling me about this app for years. It was helped her lose 70 pounds and get healthy! Finally, I took her advice and signed up for it and I haven't looked back. It helps me be consistent with my health habits and keep things as simple and easy as possible. I love an app that makes my life easier! It's worth the money.
BTW, I have tried numeous other food, logging apps over the years, and there is absolutely no comparison. The other apps were a headache. They always forced me to work around their structure, and the support to questions was poor and usually irrelevant.
MyNetDiary is top of its class!
Best calorie counting app available!!
This is an accurate, easy to use app!! I love it! I previously used another calorie counting app that quite frequently had problems with tech functionality. MyNetDiary must be well supported because I have not experienced ANY software or tech issues!! It syncs wonderfully with my Fitbit Charge 6!
Easy to use
I have been using this app for over a year now and have lost 16kg. It's very easy to use and value fir money especially when you pay some slimming companies over £6 per week to get weighed.im very happy with it and will continue using it until I get to my desired weight.
I love this app
I love this app! It's fully customizable and helps me track macros and calories. Only downside is that the prices are a little steep. I cannot afford to pay more than thirty bucks. That's why resort to keep using the free version.
Recently had funds taken out of my…
Recently had funds taken out of my account. I have not used this app for a long time and did not want to renew. Why do I not get a message asking if I want to renew. I want to refund for the funds taken as I do not want this app. I do not even have a reference number so how do I go about this?

Reply from MyNetDiary
Not for people serious
Love the data base and ease of entering foods. Even has some of the more popular pre made meals like factor and Metabolic meals. Two star rating is for TWO giant set backs that make this particular app unusable for me. I used MyNetDiary years ago then went off track only to pick it up 6 months ago. It would not let me start over so it looks like I have only been losing 10 pounds in 5 years. If the app would let me start over with a fresh date then I could more easily track my progress. Secondly I am on a doctor controlled diet. This diet apparently triggers the app to think I am starving, thus I can not see my goal end dates or even chart new goals unless I eat 500 calories more. The doctor gave me a journal, but I would rather use an app. Worthless app unless you are just casually losing weight. For someone that is on a controlled diet because of extreme obesity. This app won't take into account someone who is 400 pounds or more will most definitely lose 3 to 5 pounds a week where someone who is 200 would and should only lose 1.
Great app, but poor database
Great app, no annoying popups, streaks or other bullshit. Highly customizable.
But the food database is super poor. Only ~10% of european POPULAR products are scanned by the app
Great calorie counter
I’ve been using my net diary (the premium version) for well over a year now and it’s one of the cheapest and easiest way to improve your health and fitness.
The micronutrient tracker in particular is great. I now hit 100%+ of every micronutrient whereas before I was probably getting ~10-30% per day.
The macronutrient and weight tracking functions are good too. I used to be 125lbs and I’m now a healthier 149lbs (29M, 5’11).
The barcode scanners are good too, it has pretty much every product in it.
Highly recommended.
