very easy to deal with, they honoured their price match policy without quibble after a link was provided from a competitor, they kept me fully updated with the delivery, of my British manufactured, king sized mattress, great value for just under £400.00 in February 2026

I liked the experience of buying with MyMatress and thought the price and service was good but very disappointed that they declined the Quidco cashback despite me meticulously following the guidelines. Seemed very petty in the grand scheme of things especially as i had spent over £1400 with them.
So the response was a generic there are issues with cash back sites and they have neither investigated or contacted me at all about this, poor customer service

Easy to order mattress. Arrived on the day I chose with no problems at all. Delivery people phoned beforehand and arrived when they said. They were polite and brought old mattress downstairs and took new one up.

Excellent service , super quick delivery and the guys who delivered did an excellent job , removed and recycled old mattress and put the new one up in our bedroom and unpacked , couldn’t ask for more , would highly recommend this company and products .

Great value for money on our chosen mattress. Free pillows added at checkout was a nice touch. The delivery was well communicated and executed by a really efficient and friendly team.

Mattress delivered on time however, packaging was damaged. Box was broken and mattress had fallen out, luckily was well wrapped in polythene. Also, only one person delivered mattress which was far too heavy for him and I had to try to help which was not what I expected and very difficult.
The mattress itself is, so far, extremely comfortable and very good quality. Fits on my King size divan base perfectly. Really impressed that it has a 10 year guarantee not like others with only a few years. Price was very good considering the quality. Would definetly reccomend. Just need to ensure it is a two person delivery

MNM who supplied my new bed kept me informed of the progress of my order and when it would be delivered. On the day of the arranged delivery my old bed was removed and new bed installed very efficiently. However the supplied mattress cover and case was left for me to fit. On opening the mattress case its contents were wet and caused a stain on the new mattress. An unfortunate accident

Easy to use website. Really helpful customer service. Fast and efficient. Easy to choose a delivery date which suited, and good contact for delivery date/times (delivery was also free). Shout out to the delivery guys too, who were fab. Also the price was so much cheaper than elsewhere. Would recommend to anyone.

The delivery guys were brilliant and handled everything with care. The quality of the bed was exactly as I had hoped and expected and the mattress, well Hypnos, nothing more to say. All of the delivery was very well packaged so even though the weather was foul, everything was in perfect condition. Very happy.

An excellent company to deal with. Mattress arrived a day after ordering it ( other companies had up to 6 week wait) An issue we had with our invoice was swiftly dealt with ( it was our mistake) by a very courteous lady.Would recommend MyNextMattress anytime.
