Definitely a great service order to delivery.
I was personally wary of purchasing mattresses via an online platform.However the process turned out to be effortless and the lines of communication between the company and myself was impeccable. From placing the order to delivery was a pure delight and being updated meant I had no issues or concerns. The two delivery lads were efficient and informed me of their delivery time. All in all a great online retail experience .HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.

My back is finally pain free
My mattress was delivered Thursday and after 4 nights use my excruciating back pain is completely gone and I can stand up straight. For that, I should give the mattress 5 stars. The only thing stopping me is the depth of it. Despite having a very low bed, this mattress is so high that if I sit on it, my feet don’t touch the floor.

Ready for a great sleep
Delivery was today , mattress looks very clean and well packaged, overall delivery was excellent. The guys were great.
My next mattress were easy to deal with and kept me updated , looking forward to sleeping on the mattress but it feels good after a test .

Excellent customer service team
Despite having a really bad time with the delivery company the customer service team were really quick at responding and ensured I received my mattress as expected, they also used a different delivery service to ensure the same issues were not experienced again. Although it would have been better to have the mattress on time as stated they did go above and beyond to ensure my order was fulfilled

Great service. Would definitely recommend
The website is easy to navigate and ordering was easy. Spoke to Simon who was very helpful and patient with answering my questions about the mattress and availability. Delivery was on time (in fact it was earlier than the scheduled slot) and the 2 delivery guys were courteous and friendly. They brought the mattress to the bedroom upstairs and placed it on the bed.
