Very easy application process. 15 minute chat once they have your info, ask a few questions in relation to credit history, which is fair enough as we would not be getting a loan from these people if we could go to a cheaper direct lender. Once approved money was in the bank in less than 2 hours. Would definitely recommend.

Shocking company avoid at all cost.

Just a quick review to say how great Oplo are I only found out who they were yesterday I applied for a loan and they’ve came back to me today and gave it at a very good rate aswell I’d like to say a massive thank you to Georgia she’s fantastic thank you

Had the worst ever experience and never seen a company so disorganised in their practices. Approached this firm for second-charge mortgage in Nov 2020. Provided them with all the documents under the sun promptly and answered all questions by underwriters. After 5 weeks of 'review' the original underwriter dissapears from the scene and then it seems no one in the firm has a clue what's going on with my case! Long story short, they contradict their own statements and wasted 2 months of our time and in the end declining application because they cannot 'understand' some of the documents produced! Will never recommend this firm to anyone!

Less than 24hours everything was sorted

The constant requests for information really got me down in the end, especially as it was usually for information I had already supplied. I wonder if this had something to do with staff working from home and a case of left hand, right hand? It got to the point in the end that I was ready to forget the whole thing if anything further had been asked for. Maybe something to look at?

Oplo was recommended by FluetMoney to me and they’ve been great. Easy and fast process. They even sent us a courier that served as a witness too when we signed the paperwork which was amazing and within hours everything was completed! Really good service and would highly recommend.

Had an easy process applying. Very thorough and professional to deal with from start to finish and through lockdown. Very attentive to their customers which has been helpful to me. I would certainly recommend using them. I needed a car quickly having given up a company car scheme and this allowed me to save on interest from car lenders

Started of looking for a loan that I would get accepted for on all the websites they all came up with Oplo but at different rates, so I went for the one with the lower rate.

From filling out the application and getting accepted was a little pain in they wanted to know everything about why wanted the loan. Fair enough. So from then to getting the loan was an extra day. So In total it probably took 3 days.
Well worth the wait they have been so good calling me happy to help when I’ve had a question etc.
Full recommend if you can’t get a high street loan. Took it on the short term basis that in few months pay it off get better rate else where when credit rating is repaired.
