Wrong tablet found in bottle
Found a random black tablet in my bottle. Took ages to get a response on their customer services. They said to abandon the rest of the bottle and wait to be sent a new one on first class delivery. I appreciate the replacement, don’t get me wrong. They emailed again to say could I provide the batch code, to which I responded that there was no code printed anywhere on the bottle (which again, seems fishy). I never heard back from them after this.

In response to your comment, “Took ages to get a response on their customer services”, we would like to point out that you first emailed us about the issue at 6.24 pm on Tues 20th April, which is outside our office hours, and we replied at 9.28 am on Weds 21st April, the next morning. We would suggest that this is a very quick response time given that we weren’t aware of the issue until our office reopened at 9.00am on April 21st and we replied less than 30 minutes later. In addition, as soon as we were aware of the problem we sent you another bottle of MyOva, which you confirmed you had received the morning of Thursday 22nd, 48hrs after we received your initial complaint.
We take all reports of faults with our products very seriously and log all such incidents. If a problem appears to affect a whole batch of products, we have robust procedures to instantly withdraw them from sale and ask customers to return any affected products. Unfortunately no batch number could be identified in this case, however, given that we have had no further complaints, it appears to be a one off defective bottle, as we suggested in our email correspondence with you. For this reason there was no need for us to require any further details from you and therefore no need for further email communications after you had received your replacement bottle.
I hope our response provides clarification to some of the points you have raised and we are sincerely sorry that you didn’t you have a positive experience with MyOva.

Great supplement with the right levels of everything suggested for someone with pcos. I really struggled to find a tablet form with the right suggested dose and was over the moon when I saw MyOva ticked this box!

These tablets are amazing for women…
These tablets are amazing for women with any hormonal issues due to PCOS.I was trying to conceive for about a year with no luck. Although I was getting a regular period my doctor told me I was not ovulating. This helped me and about 2 months after I was able to conceive.
There was a supply issue with these tablets initially but now you can order them and they come very fast.
very good customer service and great product.
only fault is the tablet is huge! can be difficult to swallow but you get use to it.
worth a try ladies.

So far so good! Will buy again
I started taking these as I heard that it can help improve egg quality and balance hormones. I do not have PCOS so cannot speak to thy but I do get hormone related headaches at certain points in my cycle and this seems to help that. Will be undergoing fertility treatment and due to improvements in egg quality seen I will continue taking.

I love this product
I love this product! I have been my whole life taking the pill because otherwise my period wasn’t coming but since I’m taking myova my period has been regular for almost 3 years now! I love it.

After reading the reviews I decided to buy these for my daughter.She was diagnosed with PCOS and hasn't had a period for 8 months.After taking them for 2 months she has now had a period.Not too sure if its a fluke and will probably know if they are definitely working after 4 months of taking them.

1 month review
So I’ve just started taking this. I want to give a review in 3 months time . But so far I’ve had positive thoughts I haven’t had my period yet but I’ve had withdrawal bleeding from when I was on the pill. This could mean that these pills are working, my spots haven’t flared up on my skin like they normally would when I come off the pill. These capsules have really helped me to get rid of the weight I was feeling in my left breast( I felt like something was weighing my breast down) . I can’t swallow big capsules so I crush it in my mouth with water . I really do like the taste of it lol. I take it with magnesium zinc, vitamin D and omega 3 . So far I’m happy I feel happier and less tired. I will review in 3 months time .

Excellent product
Excellent product! It’s really helping to manage (& lessen) the symptoms of my PCOS (e.g. migraines, severe cramps, irregular periods - used to get 1 a year). There have been no migraines, the pain is far less severe and I am having more regular periods. I wish I’d found these tablets years ago.
