I have PCOS and I have been taking these for about 10 days and I have nothing but positive effects from these vitamins! I started spotting after about a week of taking these for about 2 days and after the spotting I started my period (I haven’t had a period for 2 months and before that hadn’t had a period for 3 months.) The period has been regular flow with no pain or PMS, which I’m putting down to the vitamins! I must state that alongside these vitamins I have been taking omega-3 and magnesium supplements so I can not say for sure what caused my period. I have also cut dairy from my diet, not eating foods with lots of gluten and I have been eating less and healthier and exercising everyday. I think all of these has contributed to receiving my period and losing 6 pounds of weight in 10 days.

I have noticed that if I don’t take these at least two of these vitamins everyday I started getting mood swings and feeling really tired! So they have definitely regulated my mood.

The only downside to these is they are very large to swallow, but I still manage and they are expensive! However they are worth a try as they have helped me! I will continue to take them to see if they cause a regular flow. P.S. I don’t know if I have ovulated as I’m not tracking that. I’m not looking to fall pregnant I just wanted these supplements to reduce the symptoms of PCOS.

Unfortunately I can’t give a high review as I couldn’t take them. The tablets were too big and I struggled to even swallow them. This is just personal though so I can’t rate the performance of the product.

A good product, makes me defiantly more regular each month since taking this product which was back in July this year. Will not stop taking them, as no medication seems to work as good as this. very pleased.

After 2 weeks off taking these they made me feel nauseous and for some reason have stopped my periods completely so has unfortunately made my cycles worse. I have stopped taking

After not having a period for 11 months, I took these tablets for 2 weeks and got my period!!! I am now back to feeling hopeful for my TTC journey! Delivery was also really fast.

Just brill, I really couldn’t live without this product. Controls my moods, cycle and spots. Now I still haven’t ovulated but I am hopeful.

Been taking this religiously since early this year and not missed a period since. All within a normal length range and normal time apart. After coming off the pill after over 10 years of taking it, my periods were never regular. All that has now changed thanks to MyOva. I would recommend giving it a try.

I have been taking the supplements as directed for about two weeks now. My excess facial hair has decreased by about 90% which is great. However, I have started to suffer moderate acne on my chin. I only got the odd pimple or a single cystic acne spot before (maybe one spot every 1-2 months) but now I have a new spot to deal with everyday. I have never had problem skin and have not changed my skin care routine or diet. I don’t know whether to continue taking them with the hope the acne settles down or to stop taking them and save my skin.

Have been trying to conceive for 4 years
Have been trying to conceive from April 2017 however I have pcos and anovulation so it still hasn’t happened. I bought my first bottle of these tablets in December 2019 after only taking one tablet I bleed really badly but got a successful peak in my ovulation test kit. I honestly only took the one tablet And the bleeding was that bad I was scared to take anymore.
So I had months of abnormal cycles 96 days long was my max. Sometimes I would bleed for 10 days, stop for a week and start again. So in July 2020 I decided to start the bottle again. I have been taking them now nearly 5 months and the past two months my period has started on the same date both months. I still haven’t had a positive ovulation test but I’m on a lot of other medicine for my health. Due to the bad bleed I had a lot of clots etc and lost a lot of blood so I’m now anemic too. But these tablets have helped reduce the amount of blood loss. I would definitely recommend. But you must stick at it don’t give up.

I have PCOS and hypothyroidism.
I’ve previously tried similar products, didn’t really help. I noticed it’s effects after 3 weeks. Highly recommend. Love it.

A combination of adjusting my diet and taking other supplements as well as my ova has improved the length of my cycle. Still not in normal range and difficult to know if I’m ovulating but I will definitely keep taking whilst trying to conceive.

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS which felt so awful at the time. Rather than sitting around and moping, I decided to look for solutions, which is where I found MyOva. I purchased one 'bottle' and have nearly finished it, after taking the tablets for around 2 and a half weeks, I came on my period after not having one for three months. I have just ordered my next bottle and can't wait to see what other improvements occur!
