Sent a faulty engine that clearly was not checked over, the engine did not run, found the head cracked and pitted, they fobbed me off saying they sent a replacement head and gasket but they never sent it and no re-fund sent. Will not be buying from these cowboys again.
They do not accept returns although they claim to. I ordered a cyllinderhead for my motor. Then it got obvious, that the motor could not be repaired anymore so I asked for returning the cyllinderhead as the shop advertises with this possibility on the website. They said it does not refer to parts, just to whole motors and that there is no possibility to return the cyllinderhead. I insisted and they told me I can return it for a fee of 125€ because they would have to test it again. I did not even unpack it! I sold it on ebay and will never order here again.
