A scam for doing nothing

This company deceived my wife into paying $350 to fill out two of the same free official forms on the government site. I stopped her and did it on the official form for our 3rd child in less time at zero cost. It charged for "processing fees" that she thought went toward the expected passport processing fees of the government, but no, we still have to pay the $135 government fee for each child. You can tell they know that they're playing a gotcha game because they quickly send a refund FAQ saying there's nothing you can do. Also, this is not a US Company, it's based on Europe.

It's a scam!

I don't even know how they have so many good reviews here. Either they are fake or people don't realize what happened. I was waiting for my renewal to arrive only to be told by the ACTUAL passport office that the form I paid for was not the correct one and was actually FREE. Do not give them your money!

SCAM

They use a platform similar to the government's to make you think you are applying for a passport. But in reality, you are paying $146 for them to fill out something that could simply be done by hand. SCAM!!!!
