I paid $340 for my passport forms
I paid $340 for my passport forms. I was told I would have them in 24-48 hours, 3 weeks later I still did not have my forms. I finally received them coincidentally the same day I reached out for a refund, but when I went to finalize the process, I was told I didn’t have the correct forms.
I was refused a refund despite not at all getting what I paid for. This whole thing was a scam. I would never recommend anyone use this company. Overall the experience was terrible!
