This is a scam, they charge $ 125.00 to do what the US Government offers for free!
I received a completed application from the site that required a Passport picture. I went to my County Government office that takes the pictures and they said it doesn't cost $ 125.00 to renew and these sites are scams. Their is no charge to file for a renewal Passport.

Easy to fill out. I'm concerned about the photo requirement, though. Nothing in the application addressed the need for a new photo or if the previous passport's photo would be used or if a post-application-submission communication would request an updated photo.
